Modernization of the rifle

The AT-K9T-CB Vitiaz has been equipped with a dummy Russian dummy silencer type "DTK Saiga", which gives the possibility of mounting a longer barrel. The lower polymer handguard has been replaced by a lightweight 11.5 inch aluminum handguard adapted to work with rails in the Picatinny 22mm standard, the gas cap has been replaced with an aluminum longer version, equipped with two Picatinny rails for mounting flashlight or a laser pointer. A tactical Russian mount has also been mounted to the lower handguard, which will allow you to install a micro red-dot. To facilitate reloading or adjusting the hop-up system, a handle extension cap has been added.
The traditional frame stock has given way to the second-generation Russian side-folding stock, which has a wide range of buttplate and cheekpiece adjustment. The pistol grip also received modifications, into versions more profiled under the hand and fingers, allowing a firm grip of the submachine gun while firing.

A solid construction

The main elements such as receiver, receiver cover, receiver cover latch, safety lever, trigger, trigger guard, magazine latch, bolt carrier, folding stock, folding stock latch, gas tube, gas port block, front sight base, folding rear sight, and flash hider, as in the case of firearms were made of steel. Smaller parts, including the outer barrel, were made of aluminum and light alloys. The whole rifle is well fitted and protected against corrosion. Pistol grip, magazine are made of reinforced polymer.

Reliable Gearbox system

The PE mechanism is a new reinforced gearbox compatible with Marui parts and ETU by GATE/PERUN. Quick Spring Change System (without pull out and open the gearbox), bearing spring guide, bearing piston head, full steel teeth polycarbonate piston, CNC 13:1 Steel Machined Gears (ROF ~ 25rps) mounted on 8mm ball bearings to be able to easily transfer all the power from the motor to the piston gear, which is mounted on a bushing to be able to withstand the highest loads. In addition, the gearbox is equipped with a High-End Optical PERUN MOSFET with Alternative Fire Mode, Active Brake, Pre-Cocking, ROF Reduction, Trigger Sensitive, Progressive Trigger, Switchable Li-Po Alarm, Electronic Fuse, Diagnostic System and Adjustable Trigger Stop. The replica also features a CNC POM nozzle w/O-ring that works great with a Rotary Hop-Up Chamber and with a PCP Grade Precision Inner Barrel and mechanical adjustment of the trigger stroke. The latest innovation is a 21TPA High-Torque Neodymium Motor with MIM steel pinion gear.
