      This is where you'll be very wrong.

      Out of the box you are greeted with a hefty, chunk of a gun with a steel, yup, STEEL barrel shroud, lovely wooden stock and a steel drum magazine, the lower receiver (where you insert the drum magazine) is made of a hefty piece of very, VERY durable aluminium!

      First thing i did was slap a 11.1v battery in, though it will not withstand that kind of abuse and a 7.4 will do much better internal wise in the long run, i did it anyway.

      The gearbox surprisingly enough sounds very healthy, the electrical blowback is a fun added feature and the drum magazine feeds fine even with the 11.1v battery!

      Now here is the magic part which i cannot wrap my head around,

      This thing has absolutely no issue reaching 70+ meters with 0.28gram bb's, at first we thought we had the wind in our backs, but shooting inside woods on quiet windy day at the local field made people ask if it was upgraded of some sort since it could reach so far out. Ill go as far and guarantee it can go AT LEAST 65 meters no issue, with a more than very fine grouping on full auto. It sees your target and it WANTS them.

      Looking for a ww2 replica that can be used in forest fields and even milsims?

      Look no further, this right here is the king of kings when it comes to the PPSH.

      The PPSH replica is very detailed but its fuconality is better, it has a lot of room for the battery, it isn't too heavy and shooting it is amazing. The gun sounds great has good range and only comes with it drum magazine and only bad thing that is a blessing and a curse it can easly fall off. Overall would recommend of trying.

Internally, the EEB function is annoying and shorten the life of the gearbox. Once the charging handle is stucks, it can damage the gearbox (it happened to me, and after thet I disabled the EBB function). I ordered with modifications, but with these modifications, it has a medium rate-"good but not satishfing" accuracy. I had to modify the pouches to fit those mags in. With the original motor it has a slow trigger response and rate of fire. The motor changing and mosfetting can solve it partially, but the travel of the trigger is still very long after the modifications, you must set it mechanically. So its a nice gun, but complicated to use, and it requires a lot modifications.

      Pro's; strong, its while made. Metal i.e. steel, and wood. Replacement parts available.
      Good manual with parts schematic helped me to find where a part that came off goes.
      Con's: the magazine that came with it malfunctioned within minutes the first time i tried it out. Upon removing the magazine cover i found that a small half moon metal counter weight had come off from its postion inside the mag gear box. So rather that paying return costs. I did the surgery and reinstalled it. I have read were the OEM mag was troublesome. But the gun itself is awesome

      Range and accuracy pretty consistent out of the box, the hopup lifts even heavier ammo without trouble.
      Rate of fire is what you would expect from a stock gun, will have to be upgraded if you want a realistic PPSH figure.
      Blowback is a nice addition, adds to the realism, but I have yet to see how long it will last because the whole plate that carries the fake bolt is made of very thin and brittle metal. Also, it tends to stay in some middle position, so not fully forward, when firing full auto (never happens in semi) and the blowback locked up completely on my gun on the first skirmish, but only for about 20 rounds, before unlocking by itself. But if you want to disable the blowback, it is quite easy to do so, there are tutorials on how to do it.
      Also, even though the stock is quite large, the space inside is very limited. A 2000mah 7.4V Lipo is probably the largest that will fit inside, I had to drill out a bit to fit a 2700mah one.
      Overall a very nice gun for this price (thats why I will give it 5 stars), especially since most of the other shops have raised its price to 300€+, which the replica definitely isnt worth.

The battery compartment is in the stock and it's fairly big, it can fit an 8.4V battery with no problem, I could even manage to get a 9.6V inside it. On a 9.6V battery the replica shoots extremely well and the blowback action sounds really satisfying.
      Though the gun is nice, it sadly does have its drawbacks. The replica feels extremely heavy and it can feel kinda awkward to hold it especially with the drum mag in it. The replica has a huge "Made in China" inscription etched in the side of it which kind of ruins the otherwise beautiful look of the weapon. Obviously the gun is not meant for everyday skirmishes, but rather for larps, or milsim/reenactment games, which makes me wonder why there are no midcap magazines made for it.
      All in all it is a very niche gun. It's meant for those who want a PPSh in their collection at all costs, and those people will probably forgive its shortcomings.
