Dual tourniquet holder is a tactical accessory designed for organising and carrying tourniquets on modular gear. Velcro-based attachment allows mounting on any panel with a hook-and-loop surface, while the elastic loop with threading opening keeps two tourniquets side by side in a fixed position for immediate access.

Construction and design

The holder attaches to gear via Velcro, enabling installation on tactical vests, battle belts, and any equipment with a hook-and-loop surface — regardless of whether a MOLLE/PALS system is present.

Tourniquet retention is handled by an elastic loop with an opening through which the tourniquets are threaded. This keeps them parallel to each other and prevents shifting during movement.

Build quality

The polyester base material provides resistance to abrasion and mechanical damage during field use. The elastic loop automatically adjusts to the diameter of the secured tourniquets.
