Construction and design

The holder attaches to gear via Velcro, enabling installation on tactical vests, belts, and any other panel with a hook-and-loop surface — no MOLLE/PALS system required.

Tourniquet retention is based on an elastic loop with a threading opening. Tourniquets are fed through the loop, which holds them in a parallel layout — side by side — and prevents shifting during movement.
