“BOYS’ DAY” PROMOTION TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Version 1.0 • effective from 25/09/2026

The Promotion is valid from 25/09/2026 at 07:00 CEST until 30/09/2026 at 23:00:00 CEST. If a given Product sells out before the end of this period, the Promotion for that Product ends when the last available unit is sold.

§ 1. ORGANIZER

1. The organizer of the Promotion is Krakman P. Kiepura, K. Michalik spółka komandytowa, with its registered office in Kraków (ul. Półłanki 18, 30-740 Kraków, Poland), entered in the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register under KRS number 0000567135, REGON 122593008, NIP 6793082897, hereinafter referred to as the “Organizer” or the “Seller”.
2. The Promotion is conducted in the online store www.taiwangun.com (hereinafter: the “Store”).
3. The Seller can be contacted by e-mail at: sklep@taiwangun.com.

§ 2. PROMOTION RULES

1. For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, “Products” means non-discounted goods offered in the Store, covered by the Promotion and presented on the following page: https://www.taiwangun.com/boys10.
2. The Promotion consists of a 10% discount on the current regular price of a Product after applying the discount code BOYS10.
3. To take advantage of the Promotion, the Product must be added to the cart and, before placing the order, the code BOYS10 must be entered in the “DISCOUNT CODE” section and successfully applied.
4. After the discount code has been successfully applied, the Product price including the discount will be displayed in the cart and in the order summary before the order is placed.
5. A condition for taking advantage of the Promotion is the successful application of the BOYS10 code before placing the order. Failure to apply the code before placing the order means that the contract is concluded under the terms and at the prices indicated in the order summary.
6. The BOYS10 code cannot be applied to an order after it has been placed. The Seller will not subsequently apply the discount or adjust the price of an order on this basis. This provision does not limit the Customer’s rights arising from applicable law, in particular the right to withdraw from the contract and rights relating to complaints.
7. The Promotion applies exclusively to non-discounted Products presented on the page referred to in paragraph 1 and available in the Store at the time the order is placed.
8. The BOYS10 code does not reduce the prices of Products that are already subject to another price reduction at the time the order is placed.
9. The Promotion cannot be combined with other promotions, discount codes or promotional campaigns offered by the Seller, unless the terms of a given promotion expressly provide otherwise.

§ 3. PROMOTION PERIOD

1. The Promotion is valid from 25/09/2026 at 07:00 CEST until 30/09/2026 at 23:00:00 CEST.
2. If a given Product sells out before the end of the period referred to in paragraph 1, the Promotion for that Product ends when the last available unit is sold.
3. The end of the Promotion for a given Product does not result in the end of the Promotion for the remaining Products covered by the Promotion.
4. To take advantage of the Promotion, the order must be placed with the BOYS10 code successfully applied within the period specified in paragraph 1.

§ 4. INFORMATION ON THE LOWEST PRICE BEFORE THE REDUCTION

1. For each Product covered by the Promotion, the lowest price applicable during the 30 days preceding the price reduction is displayed in accordance with Article 4 of the Polish Act of 9 May 2014 on Information on Prices of Goods and Services.

§ 5. COMPLAINTS, RETURNS AND WITHDRAWAL FROM THE CONTRACT

1. Participation in the Promotion does not limit the rights of Consumers or Entrepreneurs arising from applicable law.
2. Complaints, the right to withdraw from the contract and returns of Products purchased as part of the Promotion are governed by the Store Terms and Conditions and applicable law.

§ 6. END OF THE PROMOTION

1. The Promotion ends upon expiry of the period specified in § 3 paragraph 1.

§ 7. FINAL PROVISIONS

1. The Promotion is valid in all countries to which the Seller sells through the Store, subject to restrictions resulting from applicable law and the possibility of delivering Products to a given country.
2. These Terms and Conditions are available free of charge on the Store's website throughout the Promotion period.
3. In matters not regulated by these Terms and Conditions, Polish law shall apply, subject to the mandatory consumer protection provisions applicable in the country of the Consumer’s habitual residence.
4. These Terms and Conditions shall apply from the date of their publication.
5. If these Terms and Conditions are prepared in more than one language version, the Polish version shall be binding, while the other language versions are provided for information purposes only.
