WEEKEND DEAL PROMOTION TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The Promotion is valid from 10/07/2026, 08:00 CEST until it is terminated by the Seller.

§ 1. ORGANIZER

1. The organizer of the Promotion is Krakman P. Kiepura, K. Michalik spółka komandytowa, with its registered office in Kraków (ul. Półłanki 18, 30-740 Kraków, Poland), entered into the National Court Register under KRS No. 0000567135, REGON 122593008, NIP (Tax ID) 6793082897, hereinafter referred to as the "Organizer" or the "Seller".
2. The Promotion is conducted in the online store available at www.taiwangun.com (hereinafter referred to as the "Store").
3. The Seller can be contacted via e-mail at [email protected].

§ 2. PROMOTION RULES

1. The Promotion consists of temporary price reductions on selected airsoft replicas offered in the Store.
2. Products covered by the Promotion are presented on a dedicated Store page named "Weekend Deal – XX/YYYY", where XX represents the weekend number of the year (e.g. "Weekend Deal – 28/2026").
3. Information about the current edition of the Promotion may be published on the Store's homepage and communicated through the Seller's marketing channels, including newsletters.
4. The promotional price of each Product covered by the Promotion is displayed on the Product page and applied automatically. No promotional code or registration is required to benefit from the Promotion.
5. The Promotion cannot be combined with other promotions, discount codes or promotional campaigns offered by the Seller, unless the terms of a given promotion expressly state otherwise.
6. Only Products listed on the dedicated Promotion page and available in the Store at the time the order is placed are covered by the Promotion. Products covered by the Promotion retain their promotional prices even if they are displayed or found elsewhere in the Store.
7. The number of Products covered by the Promotion is limited to available stock.

§ 3. PROMOTION PERIOD

1. The Promotion is valid from 10/07/2026, 08:00 CEST until it is terminated by the Seller.
2. The Promotion ends upon the removal of the dedicated Promotion page or when it is no longer published in the Store.
3. The termination of the Promotion does not affect the rights of Customers arising from orders placed before the Promotion ended.
4. Eligibility to benefit from the Promotion depends on Product availability at the time the order is placed.

§ 4. INFORMATION ON THE LOWEST PRICE PRIOR TO THE DISCOUNT

1. For each Product covered by the Promotion, alongside the promotional price, the lowest price applied during the 30 days preceding the price reduction is displayed, in accordance with the applicable laws.

§ 5. COMPLAINTS, RETURNS AND WITHDRAWAL FROM THE CONTRACT

1. Participation in the Promotion does not limit the rights of Consumers or entrepreneurs enjoying consumer rights under the applicable laws.
2. Complaints, the right to withdraw from the contract and returns of Products purchased under the Promotion are governed by the Store Terms and Conditions and the applicable laws.

§ 6. END OF THE PROMOTION

1. The Promotion ends in accordance with § 3(2).
2. The end of the Promotion does not affect the rights of Customers arising from orders placed during the Promotion period.

§ 7. FINAL PROVISIONS

1. The Promotion is available in all countries to which the Seller delivers Products through the Store, subject to applicable legal restrictions and delivery availability.
2. These Terms and Conditions are available free of charge on the dedicated Promotion page and on the Store's website throughout the Promotion period.
3. Matters not governed by these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to Polish law, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection provisions applicable in the country of the Consumer's habitual residence.
4. These Terms and Conditions enter into force on the date of their publication.
5. In the event that these Terms and Conditions are prepared in more than one language, the Polish version shall prevail, while all other language versions are provided for informational purposes only.
