      Massive, good material, strong pouch. I usually put a Medic patch on the outside, because everything fits. The MOLLE system is strong and can be easily attached to a vest, chest rig, or even a belt. In it I keep the hit marker, a couple of tools, quick-release bandages, handkerchiefs, pens, bandages, or whatever I might need for the particular game. The zipper is strong, has 2 carriages, so it can be easily used on both the left and right sides. It opens quickly and closes quickly. It has a rigid hold, nothing falls out of it.

      Good quality with high volume pouch to attach to any molle system. Atachment is easy, sits stable on a battle belt. For the money it is quite perfect. If a more rigid attachment is wanted, molle strips can be used additionally. Perfectly fits death rags and small tools or a small green gas container.
