The MOLLE system is strong and can be easily attached to a vest, chest rig, or even a belt.       Good quality with high volume pouch to attach to any molle system. Atachment is easy, sits stable on a battle belt. For the money it is quite perfect. If a more rigid attachment is wanted, molle strips can be used additionally. Perfectly fits death rags and small tools or a small green gas container.
