      It can be attached to every vest with velcro on bottom. The plate has double velcro so it doesnt matter wich one you have on your vest. Can be paired with more velcro attachments. It has a soft foam inside, it blocks bb wonderfully. Very good product

The ballistic insert dummy plate by 8Fields is designed for use with compatible tactical vests equipped with ballistic plate pockets. Made of 1000D polyester, featuring a Velcro fastening system and a soft ballistic plate replica insert, it enhances wearing comfort and may help reduce the sensation of BB impacts during airsoft games.
