      Picked this up as a dummy tourniquet for airsoft milsim events and first aid roleplay training, and it's doing exactly what I need it to. Visually, it’s very close to the real CAT tourniquets used in the field, which adds a nice touch of realism without the high price tag or the concern of wasting a real one.

      It feels durable enough for repeated use in training or mock scenarios. The windlass rod spins just fine and tucks into the clip like it should, although it’s clearly not strong enough to actually apply real pressure—not a problem for a dummy prop, but something to note if you’re expecting functional use.

      Would definitely recommend for anyone doing LARP, milsim, or first responder training who doesn’t want to burn through real medical gear. Just remember, this is NOT for real-life medical emergencies.

      This dummy tourniquet is looks 100% real. my gear look a loot better whit it. i never used this in a real medical situation but when is tried, it's realy strong, i think, i can is it as a real tourniquet. i think every mil sim player shoud own one, this shit is epic. so go ahead and buy one for you and your friends! i ABBSOLUTLY recommend it!

      Great dummy turniqet for airsoft and educational use. Comes with instructions to show how to use real one. Great airsoft prop and gameplay element. Very good quality, if in need it may be used as a real turniqet to help in first aid until real turniqet is available.

      A high quality replica; it's good enough to be used in gameplay - an alternative to a bandage. On some points it's a bit sticky (glue residue). The windlass and main buckle are plastic - good for airsoft but bad for real emergency usage. If nothing else, it looks good on the vest.
