Very solid and breathable, played a couple of games with these and must say I’m pretty happy with the quality. 1 downside I have noticed is that the shoulder straps can’t be shortened a lot, so one of my female friends who has a smaller frame had it a bit loose but it still remained in place. Side straps are a bit thin but nothing that’s really a bother. Very happy with em!

      It's a really nice plate carrier especially for the price, extremely adaptable depending on how big your body is, pretty nice quality too. I run it with 2 rows of mag pouches + an admin pouch on the side. It would be nice if it would have MOLLE strapping on the sides but other than that it's great so far.
