      It was incredibly difficult for me to put it on the helmet, because the sliding rails are so tight that you can't even put them in by hand. I had to grease the rail with silicone grease and gently tap it with a rubber hammer to adjust it to the correct position. I don't know how anyone else can do this without all kinds of tools. By the way, the material is rubber, which is excellent.
