The Laser-Cut Helmet Accessory Pouch from 8FIELDS is designed to organize equipment mounted directly on a helmet. Its laser-cut construction, universal rear accessory pouch, and hook-and-loop panels with a shock cord system allow additional equipment to be carried while helping keep cables organized.

Pouch construction and helmet mounting

The pouch is made of polyester using laser-cut technology. It attaches to the surface of the helmet via hook-and-loop panels, while its construction includes a central strap running along the top axis of the helmet and two side panels.

The side panels measure ~90 × 55 mm and, once the pouch is mounted, are positioned on both sides of the helmet. Their hook-and-loop surfaces allow identification patches and other compatible hook-and-loop accessories to be attached.

Central strap with shock cord

The strap running along the central axis of the helmet features a hook-and-loop surface along its entire length. It is also equipped with a shock cord and cord lock, allowing an additional accessory, such as an identification light, to be secured in place.

The elements connecting the side panels with the central strap are made from two layers of elastic material joined together by stitching. The resulting loops allow cables to be routed and organized, including cables leading to ventilation devices or other accessories mounted on the helmet.

Universal accessory pouch

A pouch located at the rear is intended for carrying additional equipment. It can be used, for example, to hold a battery pack for a night vision device, a counterweight, or an anti-fog device.

The pouch measures ~90 mm in length, ~80 mm in height measured from the edge of the pouch, and ~30 mm in width. Thanks to the use of elastic material, it can accommodate an item up to ~40 mm wide.

Cable organization

Elastic straps with stitched sections are positioned on both sides of the rear pouch, creating routing points for cables. They make it easier to organize wiring running between the rear and front sections of the helmet, as well as cables connected to accessories used with hearing protection.

This arrangement helps keep cables organized along the helmet and reduces their uncontrolled movement during use.
