      Padding looks great but isnt as soft as i expected it to be. does work well enough in any helm you can think of as it comes with a velcro sticker to attach the pads to.

      i use it in combination with my current pads for a even feel and distribution of pressure but just these pads alone does hurt a little

      These pads are much much better than the ones that come with my fast helmet. The ones from the fast helmet retain the sweat and when they are wet they become very cold every time I take off and on my helmet, but with this one, I do not have this problem, after a day of running I can barely feel the sweat in the pads. I really recommend replacing the fast helmet pads with these ones.
