      The belt is ok, even for me (I got a little beer belly). The padded part it is a little short and I have to suck my belly to attach it on velcro. I like the padded part and I wished that it was fitted with molle sistem. For example: I have a cordura pistol holster and a double pistol mag pouch and both are with grip belts for molle, but on the belt the only way to fix the pouches on position is by velcro - and it's not too stable. Overall - good quality and easy to set up.
