      It's a good, elastic pouch with molle attachment. I use it to hold a tactical flashlight that is much thicker than a pair of scissors and it fits really well. It is easy to assemble, the staple is durable. In addition to the flashlight, the pouch can also hold chem lights or even batteries. It cannot be used for pistol mags.
