This airsoft version was created under license, thanks to a strong collaboration between two industry leaders with extensive experience in crafting high-quality firearms and accessories, ZEV Technologies and PTS.

The PTS ZEV 0Z9 Standard is an advanced airsoft pistol that seamlessly blends performance and customization, designed to enhance your airsoft experience with an array of specialized features. In response to the growing demand for customization, the 0Z9 Standard's outer barrel is equipped with an 11mm CW thread, making it compatible with mock suppressors and tracers, thus adding versatility and an extra level of realism.

Reflecting the modular design of the original 0Z9, the chassis houses the complete firing mechanism and can be easily detached from the polymer frame for maintenance or modification with a single takedown pin. The durable aluminum alloy diecast slide strikes a perfect balance between durability and performance, while the integrated accessory rail offers ample space for mounting lights and lasers.

Prioritizing user comfort, the adjustable trigger system allows for customization between long and short stroke settings, enabling shooters to fine-tune the trigger pull for optimal control and responsiveness. The ergonomic polymer grip features an integrated magwell and an optimized steep grip angle for natural aiming, while the reversible magazine release button accommodates both left- and right-handed users. For precision aiming, the ZEV Combat Sights include a steel black U-notch rear sight and a bright fiber optic front sight, along with an RMR mount plate on the slide for easy installation of red dot sights.

The package also includes the PTS Side Arm Magazine (SAM) - GS, which is fitted with the new PTS Enhanced Pistol Shockplate G-Series, designed to absorb shock and impact for enhanced durability. These improvements make the OZ9 a powerful and resilient choice for airsoft enthusiasts.

A upgraded internal version

To create reliable and durable replicas, PTS and ZEV consistently upgrade their models, with the 0Z9 being a prime example.. This version features reinforced steel components in key areas susceptible to wear, including a hardened hammer, valve knocker with a pusher, and a robust recoil spring guide. Additionally, the model is upgraded with a 60-degree T8 gas seal in the magazine, a strengthened set of steel firing pins from T8, and a reinforced piston head.

Engineered for seamless performance, the 0Z9 incorporates a redesigned piston base and an enlarged nozzle to ensure smooth BB feeding and minimize jams. The robust nozzle spring offers consistent and reliable cycling with each shot. For exceptional accuracy and range, it is equipped with a 6.03mm inner barrel measuring 97mm in length, paired with a 70-degree T8 purple hop-up rubber.
