AKS-74U upper rail for red dot - Black [5KU]

I installed this aluminum upper rail on my CYMA SLR AKS-74U (Krinkov style), and overall, I’m very satisfied. As mentioned in the product description, it's a universal part, so tolerances can vary depending on the AK platform you're using.

In my case, I had to apply a bit of extra force during the initial fitting, but once in place, it seated perfectly and feels rock solid. The rail aligns nicely over the rear sight, providing a stable platform for mounting a red dot.

If you're comfortable with minor fitting during installation, this is a great upgrade. Just don’t expect a drop-in fit for every model out there. Solid build quality and does exactly what it's supposed to do.

Holds really tight on the rear Iron sight.
Cool russian markings too. Nice paint feels really sturdy. Honestly just a gratulujem product for the price. The piccatiny feels like its going to break after one use. Reccomend T1 or T2 copy because a eotech sits too high on the mount.

Fits my E&L AKS74U perfectly. Super easy installation, holds on sturdy with no wobble, still allows for use of the iron sights beneath it because it has a gap in the middle. I wouldn't recommend it, though - Then again, neither would I any type of iron sight. Emergencies only.

Be careful using longer and larger red dots and other optics, such as an Eotech 512, as if they stick out too much they may block opening and closing of the dust cover.

Perfectly fit on my cm.045a. Just be careful when mounting the main rail piece on, not mount it at an angle, make sure it sits perfectly horizontal on the front sight.
It was little annoying to mount it, trying to align the screws with the plate, but after you do it's not going to budge when you tighten it real good.
I prefer this over dovetail mounts, feels more sturdy, and also looks cooler.

Mount does not fit my AKSU from LCT well. No matter what it is tillted to left slightly. Especialy with tall red dots or eotech clones it is most noticable. Other than that mount doesnt show any molding defects or machine marks.
Cant recomend for LCT AKSU.

Excellent product did exactly what I wanted it to, only mount of its type I could find and could not have fit my CYMA AK-74u any better. Very sleek and does not require any extra installation to a normal raiser.

Sits solidly on my AKS-74U, and is very lightweight so it doesn't add any weight to the gun. It also has Zenitco markings on the top as well, which adds to the look of it. Nothing more to add, great rail mount! Makes my AK build look great.
