Magazine adapter MP5/UTR [Hades Airsoft]

The adapter fits surprisingly well, push out the white top button, slide over the mp5 mag and push it in. Follow the same steps to take the adapter off. It gives a solid fit and feeds the UTR45 perfectly. I ordered 5 of them as I already have the mp5 mags, all of them fit without a problem. As a bonus the curved mp5 mags look a lot better then the goofy oversized original mags as well.

These adapters are better than I expected, to be honest! I used the CYMA MP5 midcaps (product code FBP4042). The adapters slide over the top. To lock them in place, simply press the white lock on the side of the adapter. Once locked in, it fits well and doesn't wobble.

They feed better than the original mags, in my opinion.

If you're having troubles with your UTR-45 mags like I have, or if you just want a "curved mag"-look on your UTR, these are a good way of improving your setup.

No downsides, other than that it looks not 100% "in place" to have a 9mm mag in a .45 magwell, but that doesn't impact functionality at all.

The adapter needs to be fitted to the mag so be careful what mags you buy.

Be careful when installing, you need to push it all the way in so the nozzle of the mag sticks out. There is an audible click and the mag won't slide out when pulled on.

I was at first skeptical about the quality of this product. Then I thought to myself: "Well if it helps me save space from having to buy extra magazines I might as well try it out.

It does not disappoint at all. The build quality is SOLID. It is not flimsy. It does not bend or creak under pressure exerted by hand. It may be the same price or a couple dollars less than a UTR45 magazine (depending on sales going on), but in reality it gives your more. I use the polymer MP5 mags which fit 130 bbs. The URT45 mags fit 120 bbs. All in all I am basically buying 130rd magazines for less on top of the fact I now have dual purpose MP5 mags.

Think of it this way: for every 12 of these adapters you buy to use with 130rd polymer MP5 magazines, you are getting a free UTR45 magazine.

Small light and well made, very good value. Fits any mp5 magazine that I have tried. The quality of 3d print is high and the colour is a nice matt colour. It fits snuggly inside the UTR45 maxwell. I was worried it would he weak and flimsy but it definitely isn't either. Well made and robust

Works on straight mp5 magazines as well as on curvy ones and the windowed cyma mag.
If you are a dummy like me, please note that you need to have adapter for each mag as it attaches on its top.
I thought it worked like M4 mag adapter where it latches on the magwell and mags go in. I was wrong.
Anyhow. Ordering 3 more of these for the rest of my mp5 magazines.

These UTR45 adapters are great. They work perfect and fit well in the UTR45. They fit the cyma mags like a glove. I used one on a Thunderstorm drum mag. It fits the mag great. I slightly modified it to allow access to the feed port on the drum. I know these were not designed for use on this drum mag, but they work great. Thanks TaiwanGun!
