- 14.12.2023 wrote:This seems good, and is a solid piece. I bought it because it's recommended on the page for the CM.700-U Upgraded Version.
Upon opening the cylinder for my CM.700, I realised that the cylinder head in the gun is of the mushroom head design, so fits very nicely with the cylinder that is already in the gun.
Because of this, I have not replaced the part as I don't think it will add any benefit and will only make my rifle slightly louder (supposedly). I can't hear a difference or see a difference in performance by swapping out the current piston regardless.

The piston is made of three different materials to ensure maximum strength and reliability.
The aluminum body ensures resistance to cracks and breakage.
Two slip rings made of POM engineering plastic ensure ease of reloading.
The piston tip is made of stainless steel, it is very wear-resistant.
The enlarged internal diameter of the piston allows the use of a spring with an external diameter of 9mm.
The rear piston catch has been prepared to work with 90° trigger catches. Pay special attention to this during assembly.
It is the latest generation piston, a number of improvements have been applied, which have reduced its weight and extended its service life.

CYMA CM.700 and CM.708
Tokyo Marui VSR-10, but only in combination with a 90° piston latch, the so-called ZERO Trigger. Therefore, it cannot be combined with the original trigger mechanism, which has a 45° grip.
Well MB02, MB03, MB07, MB09, MB10, MB11, ..., but only in conjunction with a 90° piston lock, the so-called ZERO Trigger. Therefore, it cannot be combined with the original trigger mechanism, which has a 45° grip.
