EXFIL Helmet Rail Adapters for M31/M32 Set [EARMOR]

Earmor rail adapters allow hearing protectors to be mounted directly onto helmets equipped with EXFIL 2.0-type rails. Compatibility with Earmor M31 and M32 hearing protectors, support for 3M Peltor ComTac XPI, and rotating ear cup mounts enable convenient integration of hearing protection with helmet-mounted equipment without placing a headband underneath the helmet shell.

Construction and design

The adapters are made of lightweight polymer, helping to limit the additional weight placed on the helmet while supporting the durability of the mounting components during regular use.

Steel guide arms allow the adapters to be installed in EXFIL 2.0-type side rails. The design replaces the standard hearing protector headband, enabling the ear cups to be mounted directly on both sides of the helmet.

Ergonomics and handling

The adapters are designed for Earmor M31 and M32 hearing protectors. They are also compatible with the 3M Peltor ComTac XPI model.

The rotating mounts allow the ear cups to be moved outward by 90° when hearing protection is not currently required. This enables the user to move the ear cups away from the ears without removing the helmet and makes it easier to return them to the operating position.

Mounting the hearing protectors on EXFIL 2.0 rails eliminates the need to place a headband underneath the helmet shell, which may improve comfort during extended airsoft games, training sessions, and shooting activities.
