8Fields suitcase-style transport case for firearms is designed for safe carrying and storage of airsoft replicas, firearms, tools, technical equipment, and gear requiring enhanced protection during transport. The construction made from polypropylene with fiber reinforcement, combined with an IP67 rating, supports use in demanding field, travel, and storage conditions.

Construction and design

The case body is made from polypropylene (PP) with fiber reinforcement, combining mechanical resistance with a relatively low construction weight. The rigid hard case shell supports protection of transported equipment against pressure, impacts, dust, sand, and dirt.

The case features an IP67 rating, which means full protection against dust ingress and protection against the effects of temporary immersion in water. The construction is resistant to UV radiation, solvents, corrosion, and fungal growth, supporting use in changing environmental conditions.

A rubber seal helps maintain case tightness and limits moisture ingress into the interior. The automatic pressure equalization valve allows the case to compensate for pressure differences caused by changes in altitude or temperature, making it easier to open after travel.

The model is equipped with 7 polypropylene latches with an easy-open mechanism, 7 mm padlock holes, and corrosion-resistant stainless steel mounting hardware. TSA standard compliance supports safe use of the case during travel.

Ergonomics and handling

The case is fitted with comfortable molded transport handles, side handles for two-person carrying, a retractable handle, and 2 self-lubricating transport wheels. This construction makes it easier to move a large case with heavier equipment, including over less even ground.

The interior dimensions are 763 × 483 × 402 mm, with a capacity of ~148 l. The lid depth is 76 mm, while the lower section depth is 326 mm, giving a total internal depth of 402 mm.

Internal slots allow the installation of optional panel supports or mounting rings, giving the user the option to expand the internal organization system.

The operating temperature range is from -40°C to 90°C, allowing the case to be used in varied field, transport, and storage conditions.

The empty case weighs ~14 kg. The external dimensions are 850 × 565 × 429 mm.
