Licensed KAC QDC Tracer Suppressor Replica - BLACK [EMG]

Eshooter EMG x KAC suppressor is a licensed replica of the QDC suppressor with a built-in tracer unit, designed for airsoft replicas equipped with a 14 mm CCW thread. The model uses a Flare Mono Tracer module, three operating modes and Knight's Armament Company markings, supporting observation of the tracer BB flight path during airsoft games. The construction combines the styling of a KAC muzzle device with tracer unit functionality for red and green tracer BBs.

Construction and design

The tracer uses the form of a QDC suppressor combined with a flash hider. The product was developed under the official EMG x KAC license, which allows it to reproduce Knight's Armament markings and complement the replica with a muzzle device stylistically consistent with the KAC design.

Inside the suppressor, there is a Flare Mono Tracer module, while the construction is complemented by an integrated shroud. Its compact form prepared for CQB configurations makes it easier to use the tracer in airsoft setups where a shorter muzzle device profile and BB illumination capability are important.

The suppressor replica is mounted on a 14 mm CCW thread, commonly used in many airsoft replicas. This mounting method allows the device to be used as a functional muzzle accessory in configurations based on tracer BBs.

Operating modes

The tracer unit offers three operating modes that allow the effect to be adjusted to lighting conditions and the preferred play style. Flame Mode is responsible for a visual effect imitating a muzzle flash, Tracer Mode supports tracking the flight path of tracer BBs, while Tracer with Flame Mode combines BB illumination with an additional flame effect.

Electronic system

The built-in sensor is responsible for fast shot detection and supports operation at a rate of fire above 50 BBs per second. The system based on 4 high-brightness LEDs helps illuminate BBs intensively during tracer operation.

The device supports standard BBs, red and green tracer BBs and gel BBs. The vibration sensor enables shake-awake activation, while automatic sleep mode after 5 minutes of inactivity helps reduce power consumption.

Power supply

The tracer is powered by a 200 mAh battery. According to the manufacturer's data, the device offers an operating time of up to ~35000 shots and a standby time of up to ~7 days, and after a full charge it can remain ready for use for over 3 months.

The operating current is <800 mA, and the standby current is <6 µA. The manufacturer states an operating temperature range from -20 to 60°C.
