      Nice and thick plates with a good quality foam, they were a little long for my particular plate carrier, but very easy to cut to length with a utility knife. They give my vest more structure and make inserting and removing magazines from the pouches a little easier.

      Bought those in order to fill up my plate carrier. No ballistic characteristics, but they do damp the impact of the BB a little bit and they look nice by fluffing up your vest. Once they are in (the place carrier), no reason to take them out
