CNC Handguard

The JW2 with a 14.5" barrel features a slim aluminum handguard, 13.5 inches in length, manufactured to KEYMOD standards and precisely machined using CNC technology. This allows for the mounting of dedicated accessories and tactical flashlights. On both the receiver and handguard, there is a Picatinny rail system, ideal for mounting optical sights.

To ensure optimal protection for the entire electrical system, a MOSFET with low-resistance wiring and a T-Connect (DEANS) plug have been implemented.

The rifle is equipped with high-durability components, including a reinforced V2 gearbox shell, an electronic control unit, a piston with a full steel rack, steel gears with a 13:1 ratio mounted on 8mm ball bearings. Additionally, an aluminum "silent" head set with a bearing piston head and double-sealed cylinder head, a bearing spring guide, and a high-speed neodymium motor have been installed. The package is completed with a metal rotary-type hop-up chamber, ensuring reliability and exceptional precision.

ETU programmable system

Additionally, the replica is equipped with an advanced programmable ETU (Electronic Trigger Unit) by Eshooter, offering a range of advanced features. The ETU provides additional fire modes (BURST, BINARY), pre-cocking adjustment (reducing the time from trigger pull to shot), and battery and mechanism protection.

  • Easy programming: Setting the desired configuration requires only 3 steps. All functions can be reset by holding the trigger for 8 seconds.
  • Pre-cocking adjustment: 5 pre-cocking levels available for programming. The KESTREL Basic model automatically determines the pre-cocking stop position based on speed and loads. After reconnecting or disconnecting the battery, one trigger pull may result in multiple BB shots.
  • Brushless motor support: Compatible with brushless motors as well as high-speed/high-torque motors.
  • Long lifespan: Works perfectly even after more than 50,000 shots.
  • Active Brake: Adaptive function preventing gearbox instability, ensuring the piston stops in the forward position, which increases the lifespan of gears and internal gearbox parts.
  • Motor lock protection: Active protection against gear damage in case of incorrect operation of the gear set and motor.
  • Battery discharge protection: The motor vibrates 5 times, and the blue LED blinks 5 times when the battery is low.
  • Low/high voltage protection: Automatic determination of the number of lithium battery cells. The 2-cell battery supports a minimum of 6V, and the 3-cell battery supports a minimum of 8.5V, with a maximum support of 17V.
