The double-sealed nozzle is precisely crafted from aluminum using CNC technology. With two internal O-rings, it ensures excellent sealing and smooth guidance.

The surface finished with H + PTFE technology combines high hardness with a low friction coefficient. This combination provides effective part protection, maximizes performance, and helps keep the replica in excellent condition.

This process includes anodizing, which creates an oxide layer on the surface (known as Hard Anodizing) with a hardness of up to 600 HV. It is then additionally sealed with a Teflon coating, making H + PTFE stand out from the standard colored anodized coatings used by other manufacturers.
