      I mounted this on the left side of my Padded MOLLE Combat Belt (XXL) — also from 8FIELDS — and it’s been awesome so far. Super easy to open and close with one hand, which is exactly what you want in a med pouch when things get hectic.

      Everything inside is easy to reach and grab, and the layout just makes sense. It stays nice and secure on the belt, doesn’t flap around, and the multicam matches perfectly with the rest of my setup.

      Really practical, well-built, and does exactly what it’s supposed to. Great piece of kit for the price.

8Fields medical pouch is designed for carrying basic medical equipment on a plate carrier, tactical belt, or other gear compatible with the MOLLE/PALS system. The 1000D nylon construction, MOLLE/PALS mounting system, and internal elastic organizer straps support convenient placement of scissors, bandages, and small medical accessories.

Construction and design

The pouch is made from 1000D nylon, supporting resistance to abrasion and everyday use during airsoft games, training, and outdoor activities.

The front panel features 3 rows of MOLLE webbing, allowing additional compatible gear elements to be attached. The rear mounting straps allow the pouch to be secured to a plate carrier, tactical belt, panel, or backpack equipped with the MOLLE/PALS system.

The pouch measures 40 × 135 × 170 mm and weighs 145 g, allowing the user to expand their gear with a dedicated medical storage space without adding excessive bulk.

Ergonomics and handling

The zipper closure allows the pouch to be opened quickly and provides access to the carried contents. The internal compartment is equipped with elastic straps that help stabilize items such as scissors, bandages, and other small medical accessories.

The construction helps organize basic medical equipment and limits movement of the contents inside the pouch during activity.
