TTI109 M 11.5", Gen 2 Rifle Replica [EMG]

The TTI109 M 11.5" airsoft rifle replica is an electric model based on the AR15 platform, prepared in a configuration with a 10.5" M-LOK handguard and licensed Taran Tactical Innovations markings. The construction uses CYMA Platinum GEN-2, Eshooter ETU and a quick spring change system, supporting responsive operation and easier adjustment of the replica to different FPS limits.

Construction and design

The TTI109 M 11.5" uses an aluminum receiver and a CNC-machined front assembly, supporting structural rigidity and stable fitment during dynamic use. The stock and pistol grip are made of polymer. The replica weighs ~2370 g, which supports comfortable handling of the rifle during dynamic use.

The model is equipped with a 10.5" M-LOK handguard, allowing the installation of compatible accessories such as flashlights, foregrips or protective panels designed for this system. The upper RIS rail allows the installation of aftermarket iron sights, a red dot sight or an optical sight.

Licensed Taran Tactical Innovations markings are located on the receiver. The model also features a licensed lower receiver, upper receiver, handguard and dummy compensator, giving the construction a consistent appearance characteristic of the TTI TR-1 configuration.

Ergonomics and use

The replica measures 740 mm with the stock collapsed and 820 mm with the stock fully extended. Six-position adjustment allows the length of the replica to be adapted to the user, gear setup and play style.

The stock includes space for a battery and two QD sling mounting points. An additional sling mounting point is located on the rear plate, increasing the configuration options for a sling.

The rifle uses the classic AR15 control layout, including a one-sided magazine release, bolt catch and fire selector. The ambidextrous charging handle assembly makes operation easier for both right- and left-handed users.

The functional bolt catch makes access to the hop-up adjustment easier, allowing the BB flight path to be set more efficiently before the game.

CYMA Platinum GEN-2

The TTI109 M 11.5" operates on a V2 gearbox in the CYMA Platinum GEN-2 standard. Inside, it uses 8 mm ball bearings, CNC 13:1 short-stroke gears and a piston with a full steel rack and aluminum piston head.

The pneumatic system includes an aluminum cylinder head, type 1 cylinder and a 21.0 mm Teflon nozzle. The steel bearing spring guide supports stable spring operation during the firing cycle.

The quick spring change system allows the replica configuration to be adjusted more efficiently to game requirements or muzzle velocity limits.

Eshooter ETU

The replica is equipped with an Eshooter ETU with MOSFET, which is responsible for the operation of the electrical system and supports faster trigger response. The electronics work with a T-connect plug and the recommended 7.4V and 11.1V LiPo batteries listed by product codes.

The Eshooter ETU allows the potential of the CYMA Platinum GEN-2 mechanics to be used, especially during dynamic firing and operation with fast CNC 13:1 short-stroke gears.

Performance and precision

The factory muzzle velocity of the replica is ~370 FPS, while the rate of fire reaches ~26 BBs per second. The 300 mm inner barrel with a 6.03 mm diameter supports shot repeatability and a more stable BB flight path.

The metal rotary hop-up chamber allows convenient adjustment of BB backspin. The 14 mm CCW thread on the outer barrel allows the installation of compatible muzzle devices.

Power supply

The battery is installed in the stock tube and stock. The replica uses a T-connect plug.
