Optimalisation de la Gearbox (Calages et lubrification)

C'est peut être cher pour ce que c'est, mais aucun regret, vue les performances de mon Type-100 S&T en sortie de boite, ça a du jouer je pense :)

Le job semble avoir été fait correctement en interne, cependant la vis du magazine catch mangée a été compliquée a démontée pour changer le bloc hop up qui n'acceptait que des chargeurs metalique d'origine de la réplique.
Passage a un bloc prometheus ainsi que le joint et la ça fit impec et sa tire beaucoup plus loin !

Je n'ai pas ouvert la gearbox mais leur fait confiance quant à la bonne lubrification et au calage. La réplique a une réactivité optimale et tir parfaitement. le prix reste vraiment correct pour ce service.

J'ai demandé ce service avec l'installation d'un ETU pour mon AK 47 type Roumaine et je dois dire que tout est parfait en 11.1V c'est le top !
Après une première partie ce Week-end rien a dire tout est génial la réplique fonctionne sans bruit particulier, même silencieux pour un AEG.
Je conseille ce service pour optimiser votre réplique et augmenter la durée de vie et jouer sans soucis pour longtemps.

Optimisation de la Gearbox demandée à la commande et réalisée avant l'envoi, résultat au top, la réplique est réactive et envoie vraiment du lourd. Un petit récap de test est fourni. Je ne suis pas déçu et je recommande pour tous les achats de réplique.

Verification par mon mecano qui m’as confirmé que le boulot avait ete fais et bien fait, cela change des shops qui facture ce service sans rien faire.

Un petit plus pour la fiabilité et la mise à niveau de la réplique. Se n'est pas cher et sa permet d'avoir une réplique qui est préte à jouer s'en se préocupper de savoir si tout est bon ou s'il y besoin d'une intervention.
Pour les plus bricoleur et ceux qui ont le temps de s'occuper de leur réplique se n'est pas utile.

Première fois que je passe par l'optimisation de la réplique à l'achat, l'ensemble est bien caller et fais un bon bruit, je vais voir au niveau de la graisse apposé si tout cela tien sur la durée.

Mais dans l'ensemble ça semble correct pas de gros depot de graisse partout le bloc est propre.

Optimisation parfaite.
Papier les rapports de test joints à la replique. Avec test des FPS réalisé et liste sur 10tirs
culasse huile et paramétrage super.

Ca rend le materiel prêt à l'emploi.
Je n'ai presque rien eu à faire pour mon modèle de replique. tout était prêt pour une première partie.

Au top avec feuilles de récapitulatif des tires débutant dans le domaine je me voyais mal faire un démontage pour caler et graissé la gearbox je reprendrai cette option sur la prochaine replique merci taiwangun

Très bon boulot sur mon svd cyma j'avais pas envie de l'ouvrir vu que le service est pas hors de prix.... J'ai tenter je suis super content le bruit est sec et rapide contrairement à l'origine.
Donc je recommande leur service surtout si vous n'êtes pas degourdi

They did a great job on my cyma cm048m, the gearbox sounds smooth and is working flawlessly. Definitely give it a try if you are amateur like me and don't know the process to have access to the gearbox.

I mean... The replica works great but it was a bit louder then expected after the tune up. I think that it could be done a bit better and for a bit cheaper. Not by a lot but just a few euros cheaper. I still think they did a good job. All that matters to me is that the replica works at all times

this is one of the best investments if you buy a pricier or higher power replica, my new dmr aeg shoots 2.3 with the hop set, while the factory said it only shoots 2.2 without any. besides that it sounds so good and the battery consumtion is very ok for a dmr

Absolutely worth the money! The CM.108 Rare Breed Spartan is a solid, unique model. Great build, flawless with a Titan 7.4V 3000mAh battery—extra attention clearly went into this gun. Tune up worth it.

Well it's the first time I pay for this service in this case I did for an mp5 (Cyma CM041k)... And I'm really surprised about the difference with the CM041j which I bought first... And I didn't tune....

The 041k trigger feels smooth like gears have less resistance to make a turn, and the noise of the piston hit is different like more dry and precise.

I'm glad of buy it probably I'd include it in my next purchases.

Moteur monté a l'envers donc court circuit .tige guide blowback pliées . Calage Gearbox fait n'importe comment . La réplique est arrivé en panne . La réplique a dû repartir chez gunshop Lille pour tout réparer et remplacer le moteur vu qu'une cosse était cassée aussi.

I opted for the tune-up service because I have never actually done it myself, I have just watched videos on youtube, I don´t regret one second that I paid for this!

They did a really good job, the gun sounds awesome, and there is absolutely no rattling sounds or any other "unwanted" sounds at all.

I don´t think they rushed it either, because there was no scratches or any visible damage on any surface. So this was absolutely worth it!

This service added no appreciable delay to my order and the replica sounds and shoots great. I play with several others who have all had this service done to replicas they have purchased and all are pleased with the performance.

The service itself is pretty good, and the sound of the gears when shooting is smoother than a typical new replica.
There were a couple of issues, though:
1. The rail was not mounted correctly and was wobbling.
2. The pieces connecting the upper rail were also installed upside down.

Nothing serious or worth worrying about, but it’s a good idea to check your replica when it arrives.

The re-shimming and re-lubrication service offered by TaiwanGun is a rather nice addon for a competitive price. Most techs charge around €40 for any gearbox work. It's that much nicer when you get your new replica and it sounds like the gearbox is well done, especially for anyone that is reluctant to have their guns modified in any way.

Great service! I've ordered two replicas for myself from here, and I can only say positive things. The replicas feel smooth, their sound is seamless, and overall, it's been a genuinely good experience.

This service is just great and handy. You don’t have to but every thing yourself (Costa aren’t that high), but you also don’t have rotary and test every gear if it is the correct hight. The other plus is, they do it much quicker because they do it daily. Furthermore you know they use qualitymaterials.

Glad I got the tune-up my gearbox sounds amazing, motor runs smoothly and hardly heats up even when shooting a lot in a short period. Nice to know that I won't have to open it up anytime soon especially since it doesn't do anything to your warranty unlike working on it yourself.

Great team at Taiwan gun, cannot fault the service Bison had to be brought in line with Ireland's 1 joule rule so got the shimming tune up at the same time, excellent butter smooth operation great accuracy and range.highly recommended.

Its better to get this service than to get something else, maintenance is key to a working fire arm.

Had this service for 3 of my replicas, it boosted the fps for all of them with around 15-20fps.
the gearbox sounds amazing, everything is smooth.

I would mention that one of my replicas had the safety switch mounted a bit on an angle which limited it's movement and almost caused some scratches with rotated, but a quick adjustment of it with an Alan key, fixed it in place, so I'm still giving 5 stars.

I always recommend using the tune-up service because its basically making sure your NEW airsoft rifle actually runs NEW. Ive used it for several of my purchases from this site and every time my rifle doesnt sound like it needs any servicing. it becomes a lot more quick and efficient and no matter what i love it.

What you see it’s what you get. Although I had a issue with my tune up service Taiwan already prepare the label to send back and fix it. Till the moment I’m satisfied and I can say that the customer service is very good. I can later give feedback concerning the repair of the problem.
Concerning the packaging of the delivery all the stuff arrived in perfect condition and well secured and both the commercial and technical support were fast answering all my doubts and problems.
The only thing that I’m sad is that being so far away from Poland and the things take their time to arrive here in Portugal.

Im not really a tech when it comes to airsoft but my noveske n4 by EMG sounds amazing!!!

I was a little nervous about getting this service because I REALLY didn't want any scratches on my gun. One of my friends had his gun ruined by local tech at my airsoft field and ever since I've avoided this type of service.

But now that I've got the gun I can say that taiwanguns techs handle the guns with care.
THERE IS ABSOLUTE ZERO evidence that anybody even touched the gun!! And that's just great. If you want taiwanguns tech to be extra careful (more than they already are) You can write a little note in the order so the taiwangun tech is a little extra careful when handling your AEG :)

and the price. only 30 euro... WOW
In my country, it would cost 60 euro an hour to upgrade an AEG!!! It's just such an amazing deal, I will be buying this option from now onwards.

It may take an extra 2-3 days for your order to get ready to be shipped :D But cmon, that's still fast!

Replica sounds great when I received it, not too much grease on parts.
Replica was sent on the next day after ordering, so really quick work with tune-up.
Would recommend for cheaper and more expensive replicas.

Decided to test the service to see how good of a job they did. Flawless shimming, and none of the excessive poor quality lube found in replicas straight from the manufacturer. I was amazed how fast they were able to complete this and ship it out! Thank you :)

This is standard whenever I order from TG. They ship my orders quick and every guns gearbox has a very clean, quite sound that you can tell is well shimmed and lubed. This is a MUST in my opinion for getting even cheaper aegs shooting at their best.

I love my tune up. If you want to buy a gun and pick it out of the box, fill it with bbs and shoot, this is a really nice offer. They will even calibrate hopup for percision shooting and they will include the list of everything they checked (fps, range, pericison). I will always pick this because doing it on your own takes alot of time and its not that easy.

I opted for the Tune-Up service on a Double Bell 023, and while I am not sure how it performed from the factory I am glad I had TaiwanGun go over it. The gun was a very solid performer straight from the box with signed documentation of performance tests done by TaiwanGun.

Added this service to my cyma high speed. Gears move well and sounds clean. I love that TG offers this service and seems like qaulity shimming. I recommend this especially for the high speed gearbox.

I haven't had a cyma platinum gun that hasn't been lubricated and shimmed, but from the ones that I have used its definitely worth the price as the speed and response time of my guns are incredibly fast. Definitely recommend getting the upgrade and it'll probably increase the lifespan of your gun as

The $30 tune-up service is of Great value to your replica. You don't have to pay for it and wonder if Taiwangun performed the reshimming and relubricating of the gearbox. It is money well spent. There were visible marks on the hex screws that held the cover for the gearbox in place, there was no play in the shafts, and the motor height was absolutely spot on. I cant recommend it enough, very rarely does a company follow through with the tasks they are paid for. I can tell you from experience with each of my replicas that they absolutely make sure that your gearbox and replica is in the best performing condition that it can be before you receive it. Taiwan gun is the best airsoft replica gear and accessory distributor on the market. Don't shop at Evike or airsoftGI.

The Tune-Up Service (re-shimming and re-lubricate gearbox) in my Cyma Platinum was done perfectly and with skill. If you are new to teching and want to be sure it is installed correctly, trust in Taiwangun's tech professionals.

Well, I can't say how my AGM MP40 and AGM STG44 would have worked without that procedure, but it really works with that intervention and both sound pretty well - I can't say I'd regret ordering the re-lubing and re-shimming. Maybe without it, both AEG's wouldn't perform that nice.
