CM.113 AKM Tactical Rifle Replica with Eshooter ETU, GEN-2 - Tan [CYMA Platinum]

The CM.113 AKM GEN-2 rifle replica from CYMA Platinum is an electric AEG equipped with a folding stock, an aluminium handguard with RIS rails and a steel upper receiver with an integrated top rail. The design combines a GEN-2 V3 gearbox, metal external parts and a Kestrel V3 MOSFET system, supporting fast mechanism operation and allowing the replica to be expanded with additional equipment.

Construction and design

The replica is made of polymer, aluminium and steel. The steel upper receiver features an integrated top RIS rail that allows an optic to be mounted. The receiver cover and handguard are made of aluminium.

The aluminium handguard with RIS rails allows compatible accessories to be installed. The design is completed by a dummy muzzle device.

The individual serial number is located on the lower receiver.

Ergonomics and handling

The folding stock allows the replica to be shortened for transport and makes it easier to operate in confined spaces. The adjustable cheek rest allows the head support position to be matched to the sights in use, while the rubberised butt pad supports stable placement of the stock against the shoulder.

The replica features a sling attachment point. The fire selector has an additional tab that makes it easier to change the fire mode.

Internal parts and mechanics

The GEN-2 V3 gearbox uses a quick spring change system. The mechanism is based on CNC-machined gears with a 13:1 gear ratio in a short-stroke configuration and 8 mm steel ball bearings.

The piston features a full metal tooth rack. The pneumatic system includes an aluminium piston head, an aluminium cylinder head and a steel type 0 cylinder. The 19.58 mm Teflon nozzle is sealed with an O-ring.

The steel spring guide is equipped with a bearing. The mechanism is driven by a short high-torque neodymium motor.

Electronic system

The Kestrel V3 MOSFET system controls the operation of the mechanism and works with a T-connect connector. The replica achieves a rate of fire of ~23 RPS.

The battery compartment is located under the receiver cover.

Performance and precision

The replica has a factory muzzle velocity of ~400 FPS. The brass AEG inner barrel has a length of 455 mm and a diameter of 6.03 mm.

The metal AK-standard hop-up chamber allows the BB spin to be adjusted to modify its flight trajectory.
