MP5 Adapter for speedloader [BD]

El adaptador genial, pero es importante tener en cuenta que no sirve para los cargadores de plástico que vienen de serie con la edición platinum, ya que estos solo pueden ser rellenados con Tiko Tiko, aunque el fallo fue mío, para que no os pase.

Debating between a three and a four-star rating for this because, while it does work, it feels like it's breaking the whole time. The magwell on the adapter is very small and doesn't seem to fit cyma short curved or street mags without the plastic bulging and flexing at one of the screws, ruining those threads.

This product is one of those, you get what you pay for deals.

The plastic is of cheaper quality.

As for mag fitment,like others have said mags are tight fitting and needs working in before they fit in without fearing the plastic will break.

Note: this adapter does NOT fit CYMA 50rd mags due to the bumps on the back of mag restricting the depth of mag being inserted(i cut the "magwell" portion off to work around this)

I also mad other modifications to better the product, such as an Oring on the mag catch so it doesnt protrude so much allowing for mag insertion WITHOUT holding the mag release button.

I drilled and tapped a second hidden screw spot that was molded but not used for some reason, you will notice it if you disassemble the adapter.

But overall, its an adapter...it works....be it having its quirks, is a cheap product,so cant complain too much

CYMA-120rd metal straight

Magazines are too thick to fit into adapter without forcing the molding to a breaking point.

But as most items, modification can be done to allow it to work.

Taiwangun,Please add a compatibility section to the item info for potential buyers expecting a straight fit & go product.

Tried this with the original ODIN speed loader and it feels like it does not load the CYMA MP5 130-round mag properly!
Otherwise, the adapter feels like it's built pretty well. Fits the ODIN like a glove. In terms when you try to load the MP5 mags, it's a bit of a tight fit.

This one is not the best, have problems fitting magazines in, I have cyma MP5 mags from here. The material is bad and feels like it will break any second. The loading is not smooth it is hard to fill the mag, you need to hold the whole adapter assembly so it doesn't fall apart.

Loads poorly. It only works with the full metal magazine because on the polymer one with the shells the wall prevents it from inserting. I had a tough time loading my mags, and I ended up not using it at all.

Probably good, my other adapter for AK's works good enough. However, as with most big dragon products, the dimensions are very approximative, and may or may not be a tight/loose fit for your mag.
This one in particular is not compatible with cyma mp5 polymer mags, which are the ones I use. Thus, I cannot write a positive review, as cyma products align themselves with common dimensions and this product should either be compatible with them or specify that it doesn't.

I purchased this to be able to load my CYMA MP5 mags.

The mags fit VERY snuggly into the adapter.

Initially I was worried there was a problem, but after slowly (and forcefully) pushing the mag in, it seems to have made the necessary "ruts" and all of my mags fit perfectly with little effort fitting them in.

4 stars as it wasn't a perfect fit out of the box. But, I would buy it again if the adapter was lost or damaged.

The polymer mp5 mag don’t fit which is a shame. And the amount of bb that are lost once you take out the mag is quite a lot. Can be solved by cutting a little groove in the loading nozzle and adding an o-ring. Just a shame it isn’t already done.
Now, at the other hand, for that price, you get what you paid for.

A very useful adapter for filling MP5 mid-cap magazines. It fits in the quick loader with no problems. However, the magazines fit very tightlly in the adapter (I tried it with Cyma metal magazines). But it's easy to take apart; I widenned it a bit and now the problem is no more. Also, when you remove a full magazine from the adapter and insert the new (empty) one, turn the quick loader upside down - otherwise you'll looze about 20 bb-es (they will fall out of the adapter). The only negative of the adapter is the bulk of it - it's very hard to carry it on you in the vest.
