Viseur Holographique mod.X - Black [PCS]

Joli Viseur. Le soulagement des yeux est comme il se doit, la construction est bonne en aluminium et le support à démontage rapide est niquel fourni avec un petit essuie pour nettoyer l'écran en verre.
L'emballage est bon, le pile n'est pas fournie mais attention il demande un pile type CR123A et non CR12, celle qui n'a pas de A est beaucoup trop petite pour alimenté le viseur Holo

Un beau et bon Red-dot. Malgré quelques contre-jours observés lors de différentes parties, la lunette est solide et les deux couleurs de réticules sont bien visibles.
La pile n'était pas fournie avec… assez dommage car on voit dans l'emballage l'emplacement où devait se situer la pile..

For ~30 euros you buy a decent quality Holo which you cna abuse it in the field as much as you want .

Nice FOV and decent clear glass to lay down shots .Adjustability horizontaly and verticaly , CR123A as a power source which lasts a lot .

Overall a nice package !

I will rate this item 4/5 stars. All parts are made of a high quality aluminium. It works as described. Reason for a 4 star review is my eye needed more time to adjust to this holographic sight, and being powered with a 123 battery ( All works fine but 123 batteries are a bit hard to find )

This is one sight I have always had my eyes on but was never in stock because it was always sold out. Now I have one and I am very happy. It can take a 123 battery or a 16340 since they are both the same size. I have the 16340 since it is rechargeable and it was the only one I had at the time I wrote this review. The illuminated reticle will not appear clear if you do not have 20/20 vision, so you will need to wear your corrective lenses (glasses or contact lenses) to sear the reticle clearly.

I noticed that I did not actually get a soft cover that is pictured, and maybe that is true across the board for everyone else. Or perhaps it is something you can buy as an extra.

Pros:
- Build quality is great for the price
- Solid polymer case with soft foam padding inside
- High rise for easier aim. For indoor wearing a mask I will have a better time aiming down the sight.
- Killflash fits great on this. JA-5090-BK is one that I got previously because it was the only once in stock at the time of my purchase and this review.
- You can use a plastic protective lens by Big Dragon on this too. Product ID: BD1456. It is a snug fit.
- Battery life really does not matter because, let's be honest, we do not need this for more than 20 minutes at a time.

Cons
- A minor one but it has no operation instructions but thankfully this optic is designed intuitively. If you do not know what that means, install the battery and hit a bunch of buttons and you will figure it out.
- Did not come with a soft cover, not a deal breaker but somewhat sad :'(

I had to copy and paste the below operations instructions given by Siebe on the Holo Weapon Sight mod.3 - Black [PCS] and altered it accordingly to the proper functions of this optic.
OPERATIONS
To switch the optic on: first press the "arrow up" button. The NV button is used to swap the optic color between green and red. To put the optic in OFF mode: press the "arrow up" and "arrow down" button simultaneously. These buttons also adjust the brightness of the reticle. The UP/DOWN and RIGHT/LEFT adjustments work with a flat head screw driver.
To adjust the tightness of the optic on the rail you will need a M3 Allen key, aka a #3 hex key. If you want to remove the top cover it looks to be either a M3 or M2.5. It could be SAE too, which would be somewhere around a 7/64 hex key.

Glass is bit dimmed and darker than I was hoping for, but otherwise it is fine. QD is working fine, overall finish is ok. For this price, I would recommend it, but if bit darker glass is deal breaker for you, I would stay away from Holo sights, and try something else.

Very good product! Not very expensive, but very robust. It's indeed easier to aim with a sight, lol! And for those wondering, yes it's very helpful if you're cross-eye-dominant like me. For the price, IT'S A MUST! Go for it!

Nice VFM Holo .Eye relief is as it should be , construction is good out of aluminium and quick detach mount is a huge plus .
Packaging is good , i would also like them to include window cover for those bbs that may destroy the Holo window but it's cheap (4,5euro) extra.

Holo sight is really good. Beacuse it is cr123 battery it lasts a long time, sight is good build quality and I'm happy with the purchase. You can increse brightness in daylight and decrese brightness in dark placed and it really helps, Looks amazing on my arcturus hk416 replica. I reccommend this product.
