Top , poid et aspect proche de l'origine, bois un peu fragile avec quelques trous à boucher , une belle patine pour lui donner un aspect du à l'utilisation, idéal pour faire de la reconstitution, je recommande chaudement pour le prix

Très bonne repliques. J'ai demandé le calage et graissage de la gearbox et passage en dessous des 1 joules. Résultat : lors de tests chrony, à la 0.25, entre 0,7 et 0,8 joules. Parfait. Portée plutôt bonne. Précision qui laisse à désirer à distance mais bon, pour une batteuse légère ça fait le taf. Absolument pas déçu. Petit avis niveau chargeur, prendre des mid cap car les high cap sont pourris.

Fusil vraiment magnifique très bonne qualité de réplique. Bonne cadence de tir très grande précision seul petit bémol les deux vis dans la crosse pour accéder à la batterie nécessite une petite modification.

Chargeurs de qualité rien a dire fid parfaitement avec la replique, et passe a merveille dans le porte chargeurs bar m1918 a2. Le prix est tres convenable et honnetement 20 billes d écart par rapport au high cap ca vaut la peine de prendre les mid caps petit bémol pour le trou dans les chargeurs car carcasse externe de high cap mais voila sinon ce n est pas vraiment un problème en soit

La replique du bar m1918 a2 est super en terme de rapport qualité/prix pour du ww2 il faut enlever la poignée de transport et c est vraiment pas compliquer.mis a part ca veillez a bien serrer les vis du Canon externe mais tres franchement en sortie de boite ca va tres bien surtout au niveau du groupement des billes je vous conseille de la 0.25

Bonne réplique, puissance de feu très appréciable.
Transpire la solidité et boiseries de bonne facture.
Parfait pour la reconstitution WW2 a condition d'enlever le bipied et la poignée.
Attention au canon qui as tendance a se desserrer.

Bonne réplique, il est appréciable de voir que Taiwangun test les repliques avant envoi et mette le résumé du passsage au chrony, je ne suis jamais décu par leur produit.
Concernant le bar, il tire droit, a 50/60 mètres pour une puissance de 384 fps.
Je n'ai que le mode full auto ou sureté sur ma réplique,
Le petit couac avec la réplique serait la trappe de batterie à l'arrière, qu'il faut ouvrir avec un tournevis et les vis sont dans le bois, j'ai un doute sur la longévité du bois de crosse à force de monter démonter.
Le second serait un écart entre le corps de la réplique et le canon, de ce fait on peut apercevoir le canon interne.
Sinon, rien à dire de plus pour le moment, à voir à l'usage. Il s'agit d'une réplique cheap, donc je pense que l'interne sera à revoir d'ici peu, compatible GB V2 pour presque toutes les pièces.

Feeds perfectly. I have feeding issues with the hicap version.
I orderd 8 of these and i did not regret it.

The only downside of these magazines is you need a narrow speedloader that fits in. Because the magazine internals is deep seated.

Finally a working magazine for the awesome BAR! The first magazines available for BAR were horribly made high-caps that required a lot of custom job to make the fit and feed if at all. These mags work well out of the box. They have an all metal exterior and sound great when they stack up in the dump-pouch.
Finally I can play with my BAR as I've always wanted. I think I'll need an additional five of them though!

collectible/historical reenactment rifle "no softair trekking", arrived perfect in a short time!, I will mount it on my wellys jeep, very nice to collect.

The overall gun build is very nice. Wood is nice, metal is nice etc.

No weird sounds from the gearbox. Safe, auto, fast auto. Good grouping at well over 30m.

Feeds well from midcaps, but the hi-cap that came with the gun tends to jam. Atleast mine do.

A wonderfull replica of the real stuff. All issues I heard about from former series are solved. No wobbling parts and even just like the real one a slow and fast automatic fire rate. This replica feels so real it's really amazing. All fine wood and metal just as it should. Are you in for ww2 airsoft reenacting this is your "piece de résistance" for ultimate gameplay.

The magazines are how they have to be. Sturdy realistic looking and reliable. Overal quality of this mags are amazing good. With 140 rounds it's a more realistic feeling and forces you into a more realistic playing style. The only disadvantage is that you can't reach the filling point with a big speedloader because it's fitted rather deep into the outer casing. This means you need a lot of smaller ones and a lot of speedloader refills. But overal this is an excellent magazine.

The original magazines I got for the BAR worked so I thought I’d buy more but Mid-Caps. Arrived super fast, perfectly in time for the match we had. Honestly, this website is just the best when it comes to airsoft. Best bang for your buck, I definitely recommend these clips if you are in need of them!

UPDATE: My M1918 came with a bent cylinder head nozzle causing the midcap syndrome. Because of this, the nozzle requires more force against the BB's to feed and fails to seal properly, resulting in the first 70 out of 130 rounds to fall 10' out the barrel. After replacing the stock cylinder head the issue is resolved. Love this gun! Very easy to work on, built like a rock, and preforms exccelent out to 225' like a laser.

UPDATE: The magazines are at no fault to the midcap syndrome issue my M1918 has. The feed springs are very strong, I use .40's and it will feed every BB. Great construction. My M1918 came with a bent cylinder head nozzle causing the midcap syndrome.

Finally! A factory mid-cap for the BAR! And it holds 140 bbs (actually counted them). It's the same mag shell as for the hi-cap, only the internals are new. It feeds great and it's easy to service. Just great!

V2 - 2024 BAR M1918: S&T have really outdone themselves with this replica. Being on the market for over a decade, users had a lot of feedback from the original version and they listened.

Externals:
The replica out of the box is as solid as a rock. No wobble. This is because S&T redesigned the weapon and assembly to be solid. The stock is now removed like a buffer tube from inside the stock and has an enlarged battery space for many types of batteries. I use a Stryker 7.4v 1300mAh with ample room to spare. All assemblies have very tight tolerances and the metal used is good quality. The mock bolt functions great and is robust, even easy to re-install.

Internals:
A fully upgraded 240/1918 gearbox with QD spring change AND MOSFET!! Using an sensor board under the sector gear and magnet within the sector gear, the replica is able to detect cycles. They include a proprietary mosfet with micro trigger AND two fire modes. Full Auto and FASTER full auto, just like the real M1918. That is above and beyond.

Besides the MOSFET, it has 8mm ball bearings, full metal tooth 14.5 piston, type 0 full cylinder, POM piston head, ferrite maginate motor (still works great at 1.85J though), M110 spring, and an air nozzle with internal o-ring. Compression is perfect, but I did "supposedly" recieve the TaiwanGun tune up (I say supposedly because it would appear the replica was never dissasembled being in perfect condition and quick ship time, but there was white linthium grease in the GB which indicates it was reshimmed and relubricated, China has never used white linthium grease) which helped sealing with a thick type oil, but too much was used. Even after re-lubricated with a light coat of Techt Gun Sav compression was still perfect. +/- 2 fps at 375fps, about 1.45J out of the box.

The hopup is now black instead of clear, and the AK type design is excelent for consistent hop-up. I am still using the stock unit. The bucking and nub are typical. It could not hop a .30g BB, I would suspect maybe .25g tops. This I had to change immedatly for preformance. The inner barrel is 500mm, gold in color but NOT brass. It has an excellent interior finish and appears to be a composite. Impressive.

All of these features and the same low price. I have been very pleasently surprised with the 2024 M1918. I had one in 2017 and couldn't even get it field worthy, they have made this into a modern replica worthy of milsim and competitions.

I have upgraded my BAR with a 6.01 x 510mm AA inner barrel, 75 degree maple leaf bucking, a 3D printed flat nub (available here on TG), 8mm bushings, prommy SP135 spring, deans connector, sorbo pad, and AOE correction. I bought so many parts I didn't end up using because this replica came with it already, or had something better. I am getting 225' of range like a laser shooting .40's at 1.85J at 750rpm with a 7.4v Stryker lipo.

In short, it's dope and I will be looking to S&T in the future for more pre-upgraded guns and innovation. Check out my review of the midcap, as of now they are only feeding 50-60rds, load it with any more and they will jam. Updates on that to come.

This mag is the reason I purchased a BAR in 2024. After nearly two decades of the replica being on the market, S&T has overhauled the BAR and given it a long awaited midcap magazine. No more conversions! I purchased 13 of them for my new BAR (12 in the 1938 cartridge (BAR) belt and one in the gun).

Yes, it is actually a midcap, reusing the same outter body that the hicap uses. I am running .40's through it no problem and have tested many other weights.

THE BAD: Each magazine will HOLD 130 rounds, but it will not feed the weapon without jaming with over 55 rounds loaded. (The weapon will fire rounds 20' or will jam entirley when fully loaded. Once mag capacity is at 60 or lower it will feed perfectly and send rounds down range as intended).

So, it is actually more like a 60rd midcap which cuts capacity in over half for a midcap fed machine gun.

I will be experementing with trimming the feed spring, a diffrent hop up, bucking, examening the tappet plate to see if any of these components will assist in feeding all 140rds. I will try leaving BB's in over a few nights to see if spring compression will assist, that would be the easiest solution.

It’s is a heavy son of a b****, but it’s awesome. I use it with a 7,4v, and its shoots like a beast. Only problem I have with is, the mags are impossible to get in europe. Oh and the battery location is a little weird. You need to unscrew it to put the battery in.
In a nutshell, its heavy, shoots perfect and is one of the coolest replica’s I own

I bought this product a few weeks ago, and so far i'm very pleased with it. The stock had some woble to it but that was a quick fix. For the rest the construction is very solid. The magazines may need some work too to feed properly. (Fixes for that can be found with a quick google search)
Other than that this replica works wonderfully.

All in all a very nice replica of the original M1918A2 BAR, great for collectors, airsoft and reenactments alike. Surely worth the investment.

Great replica! I really like it! The wood and the metal feels so unbelievable. The shooting range is great also. One thing that is not the replica's bad, the recommended battery is not fit int the weapon. But yeah, it's awesome!
