Dual tourniquet holder is a tactical accessory designed for organising and carrying tourniquets on modular gear. Construction and design

The holder attaches to gear via Velcro, allowing installation on tactical vests, battle belts, and other equipment with a hook-and-loop surface — no MOLLE/PALS system required.

Tourniquet retention is based on an elastic loop with a threading opening. Tourniquets are fed through the opening, seating them in a stacked layout — one above the other — creating a compact configuration and preventing shifting during movement.

Build quality
