A balaclava with a rubber insert.

The balaclava is made made out of polyester, pretty solid, and has a bunch of holes to increase breathability. It's delivered with a rubber face insert, that fits inside the balaclava, against the mouth and nose. I found the insert to be pretty uncomfortable and promoted fogging, but then found out I could put it on my mouth only, which made it much better. The balaclava is really tight fitting, which I like, and provides moderate protection against bbs to the face.

The mouth insert is surprisingly good : it provides protection against bbs. I was shot in the mouth by ~1-1.3 Joule projectiles in CQB multiple times in the mouth and it did not hurt. I think this is a much better alternative to mesh masks, and you could probably fit the rubber insert alone under other balaclavas.

All in all, I really liked it, much more than a mesh mask, and it is protective, even though it doesn't seem like it.

This is a good product to protect your teeth while still keeping the aesthetics of your kit.
The balaclava is very comfortable and easy to breath through.
However the plastic piece doesn't seem to fit well in the balaclava, I suggest reshaping it so it fits better or putting your own protection in the balaclava.

Surprisingly good for it’s price. The protective plate slides into a pouch inside the front of your mask. It’s advised that you use full seal goggles or anti fog eye protection if you use this gear, otherwise it’ll fog up your vision with your breathing.

This mask is very comfortable, I think it's a great choice for everyone. It also protects my face perfectly well, I really like it. The only thing I'm a little sorry about is that my nose is not protected, it sticks out from under the glasses and the mask, but other than that it's very good. It's completely breathable, I don't sweat so much in it, so I recommend this balaclava to everyone.

Tried on this balaclava mask without having big expectations but I was wrong. It's really good for its price and so useful, protecting the lower half of your face with a quite strong mask underneath, without any breathing problems. This product is a best-seller for a reason.

The mask is nice, however putting the plastic fitting inside is a little finicky + it kinda sticks out

For context if you're a beginner, the point of a mask like this is to be able to aim down sights, whilst still having decent protection

For a beginner I recommend this mask for open fields and not so much for indoor fields.
The mask will keep your teeth safe if you're getting shot from more than 10-15 metres

I tried but could not get this to work. Rubber insert just does not sit well inside the balaclava. After enough cutting rubber fits nicely, but having 2 fabrics and rubber cover in front of your mouth just fogs up my glasses right away.

I got it as a replacement for a half-mesh mask. It's not a bad mask, but I have my problems with it.

I have a large head, and the balaclava part is a bit too snug for my liking. The protective mask has some downsides too, namely that it makes fogging a constant problem.

That said, I did some modifications on the mask so that it accepts a custom mesh insert, and it should work much better.

Nice components, but not as comfortable as I thought. The balaklava is nice fitting, but it hangs below your jaw like a beard. The rubber mask is nice; it's big enough to cover your nose and mouth, but it' doesn't fit well with the balaklava. Maybe my face isn't right. However, I have a a lite balaclava (with a Punisher scull on the forhead); if I put the rubber mask on my nose and mouth and then the thin balaklava over it, it's perfect. Very low profile and it stays in place.. Still very useful for the money - worth playing around with it

I used it a couple of times now in different weather conditions (rain, cold) and it keeps your neck nicely warm. It fits perfect for nearly every head shape. My only problem with it, that the inner shield is a little bit uncomfortable.

The balaclava with a protective mask is a perfect choice, even in colder weather, as it’s not only comfortable but also breathable. In my experience, it’s highly practical during use and looks fantastic as part of a full airsoft loadout. It’s an ideal solution for protecting your face while keeping your style on point on the field!

The balaklava itself is not bad, actually. The fabrics is soft and comfortable to wear, the cutout is good enough, and you look like the SAS soldier when wearing a black helmet with it. Unfortunately, the mask that come with it does not fit in any way the space it was designed to fit in. When the mask is in the designated space, the look changes from cool to terrible… Other then that, it’s a good buy.

This balaclava with a protective mask that I ordered worked for me really well because the rubber insert has holes and it helped me with the fogging issue. You can easily remove the insert during games so you can drink. It keeps your teeth protected while not disturbing your movement.

Great product! You can feel the fabric's quality and the face mask is actually a pretty good addition. Sadly, it didn't fit my head so I can't use it, but I'll admit that my head is pretty large. But for most people it should be just fine.

Very good Mask, very good Material it’s a nice elastic plastic and very breathable, in the middle you have an net for better breathing and in the mouth area it’s covered by a thin layer of the mask material, I cut off this layer and use the Gummy protection insert. So you never fog your glasses ! I’m stunned by the price and value

Comfy, no problems with breathing with this thing on and still offers pretty good mouth protection. The material is pretty thin though, so I would still recommend putting on a cap or a beanie when going to the field. Overall, pretty sick.

Very cheap and comfortable alternative to a mesh or plastic mask. The material of the balaclava is soft and breathable and the ventilation on the front helps prevent goggle fogging. The protective insert is good and does its job well, however it sometimes gets in the way when shouldering a rifle.

I strongly dislike the balaclava itself but it was worth buying to have the small internal mask. If you want low profile protection for your nose and teeth, use the small mask and wear it with another balaclava that would be more comfortable. I strongly recommend it!

A very good balaklava. It is put together very well. With the mask on it's very low profile - you can put your face very close to the stock of the rifle. But if I have the mask on, it keeps fogging up my goggles. But I'll buy more of them
