[Ensemble] Réplique CM.053B Full Steel AK Eshooter ETU [CYMA] + Housse de transport pour arme 90 cm - Olive [8FIELDS]

I have had this product for some months now and also got TG to replace the trigger and the ETU with PERUN.

EXTERNALS:
My first impression of this replica was the real steel parts. It weighs a bit, but it feels really solid - like all AKs should be :)

There were many reports that the front sight was positioned slightly to the side than usual, but this was fine for me.

I already replaced the skeleton stock with a 5KU PT-1 stock and the handguard with a LCT Z-series B11 & B19 combo. You will need some spacers to make the B11 less loose. A LCT B33 dust cover will not fit smoothly as you need to file a lot make it slip it alongside the handguard.

PERFORMANCE:
Paired with a 13:1 gearset and precocking to high makes this AK sound pretty snappy, even on-par with the Arcturus AK-12K PE which I own as well.

The only thing I found an issue with this replica is that the bucking and hop-up. It cannot hop BBs more than 0.28s (I used G&G and BLS) and the hop-up position looks getting loose after a while when shooting. Maybe a flaw in AK-type hop-ups? (Take notes from Arcturus AK series, they have rotary type hop-ups).

I also experienced the replica to fire full auto nonstop after plugging it with a battery the first time.

Turns out, there were the cables close to the motor and under the dust cover that was exposed. I had to wrap these with electric tape and worked fine afterwards.

FINALLY The steel AKs hits the store and i have to say Cyma did a great job.

The externals:
- Long have i waited for a Cyma to come out in real steel. The finish is really good and sturdy unlike the earlier cheap metals they have been using that is super easy to scratch.

Everything is a tight fit, too a point where the stock is really hard to press the button and fold in. In my eyes this is good so you can wear it to a better fit not too loose right away.

The internals:
- Out of the box the replica is really snappy with the high speed gears and high torque motor. I activated pre-cocking in the eShooter mosfet and level 1 was more then enough.

- The hop unit is a standard Cyma metal hop unit eventho there is a cable for tracer units. My earlier experience with the standard hop units have not been good and it's the same in this one so i bought a different one straight away.

The bad:
- Previously said the hop unit, it works but i don't like that you have to put shims to make the hop stay tight. The arm is too loose out of the box in my opinion. Consistency how the bullets hop isn't good enough for my taste.

- The nozzle is without a o-ring. This is easy to change for the experienced user and is not a problem for a new airsoftplayer either, performance out of the box is good enough anyways. I would have wished for a "Platinum" model this modern to have a sealed nozzle out of the box.

- No programming card in the box for the mosfet.

Summary:
Out of the box this is a fantastic rifle that i would recommend to everyone loving AKs and wanting a really good experience. i WANT to give it 5/5 but for the small things i mentioned in the "bad" section for honest reviewing i give it 4.5/5.

The rifle bag is very well padded. It has a flat pocket on the outside (about 50 cm long). On the inside there is also another flat pocket made out of a mesh material (about 25 cm x 30 cm). On the inside there are lots of MOLLE loops and a few Velcro loops for securing replicas. On the outside there is also a single carrying strap. A nice bag, but you can put in max. 2 replicas.
