We would like to present to you our recommended line of parts from EPES, which has been creating well-known airsoft tuning parts for years. The cylinder head design eliminates certain flaws of standard parts available on the market. The nozzle guide has an increased diameter, which simultaneously improves the nozzle's alignment. The increased diameter eliminates play between the nozzle and the guide, ensuring perfect alignment with the hop-up bucking flange in the extended position, preventing the nozzle from deviating off-axis. Improper nozzle alignment can cause issues such as bucking folding or hop-up damage. "Midcap syndrome" is also not present when using Mid-cap magazines with strong springs, because BBs pushed with high force against the nozzle do not lift it while maintaining full alignment with the chamber and barrel. Another advantage of EPES cylinder heads is the quality of workmanship and PTFE coating finish, improving smooth nozzle movement on the guide. The extended nozzle guide enhances nozzle rigidity in the extended position as well as the airtightness and efficiency of the pneumatic system.

Increased piston plate stroke length compared to standard cylinder heads allows the use of a nozzle up to 1 mm longer, providing a tighter fit between the nozzle and hop-up bucking during shooting. It eliminates potential feeding problems while maintaining perfect seal between the nozzle and hop-up bucking during shooting. Our unique design solution introduces a new standard of quality and performance. Securing the cylinder head inside the gearbox prevents unwanted movements during operation. The innovative design allows a longer stroke of the tappet plate for maximum performance and reliability of your replica. The combination of uncompromising manufacturing quality ensuring perfectly smooth surfaces and unique H + PTFE surface finish allows for maximum smoothness of nozzle operation. The material used in construction - aerospace aluminum with H + PTFE finish - ensures part longevity. Special impact rubber pads of our own design are made of durable polyurethane, improving airflow and providing maximum durability and shock absorption. They are available in three stiffness levels and four thickness options for ideal AOE adjustment.

The EPeS cylinder head offers two unique design solutions: Increased tappet plate stroke and unique cylinder head mounting system inside the gearbox. This allows using a nozzle up to 1 mm longer than standard, improving sealing and feeding process. Previously, a loosely fitted cylinder head allowed excessive axial movement of the nozzle, causing loss of seal and feeding issues, which is now completely eliminated.
