Esta réplica de Cyma es perfecta para quien quiere iniciarse en el airsoft o busca un modelo MP5 fiable, robusto y a una excelente relación calidad-precio.

En el campo de juego ha dado unos 335 fps de media en el crono y ha alcanzado distancias de más de 50 metros con bolas de 0,25, con una mejor agrupación cuando las distancias son más cortas.

La única desventaja es que la culata baila un poco de arriba abajo (esto ocurre incluso con el arma real), pero no es nada que no se pueda arreglar con un poco de cinta y no eclipsa las virtudes de la réplica.

Si tienes una MP5 de cyma o similares... deberías adquirir estos cargadores y evitar a toda costa los cargadores baratos de plástico, ya que la principal problemática de los cargadores baratos es la dificultad que tienen en alimentar las bbs.

Son algo más caros de lo habitual en estos tipos de cargadores, pero hay que tener en cuenta que son de metal y siempre son un extra.

Cyma 041j alto ciclo de respuesta. Replica muy robusta ya que esta contruida en gran totalidad de materiales de metal. Una edicion que funciona muy correctamente con gran cadencia de disparo aun utilizandola con baterias li-po 7.4v 25c. Muy comoda de portar y semi liviana ya que su peso es muy bueno y eso aporta sensación de mas realismo. A priori de casa funciona fenomenal. Yo mejoraria la respuesta de esta con un sistema mosfet para poder usar lipos de 11.1 v. Asi como ajusar en apriete el sistena de hop up. Por lo demas una replica con buena solidez para mejorar en upgrades

Cargadores de metal, el acabado es mate y muy realista. Como siempre se recomienda para la primera carga poner 10BBs y vaciar, despues 20 y vaciar etc...hasta llenarlos por completo. Caben entre 120 y 130 BBs.
Muy contento con la compra, recomendados para cualquier replica compatible.

Very good mid cap magazine, perfect fit with no wobble for my Cyma Cm041k mp5 kurz, its made of metal, holds more than 100 rounds so for mp5 its almost an high cap, with of course no rattle at all. For the price buy in bulk and make stock of them because price performance cant be beaten.

DISCLAIMER, I'VE BOUGHT THIS TO TRY ON A MP5 MADE BY ICS AND NOT CYMA.

The magazine itself fits very snuggly on a ICS MP5 but doesn't feed at all.
BUT, take a file, and file down the 2 small nobs on the back part of the magazine, don't file them flat, every couple strokes try to fit them on your replica (ICS) and when they are properly inserted, you'll hear a distinct *click*, keep in mind to not force them in, they should fit in the replica snug and tight, but without force.
Hope this review helps someone that had my same issues with finding proper feeding mags for an ICS made MP5.

The CYMA CM.041J High Speed is a well-built airsoft replica with great performance out of the box. The rate of fire is fast, the response is snappy, and everything that should be metal is metal, giving it a solid and reliable feel.
One thing to watch out for: the motor adjustment screw tends to loosen during use. This is easily fixed with blue Loctite, and after that the replica runs flawlessly.
Overall, great speed, solid build, and definitely worth it for the price.

Nice, lightweight but still metal magazine. It's worth noting that, at least with my CYMA mp5 that I bought, the magazines click very nicely but not any other brand - best to buy CYMA magazines for CYMA replicas.

I mean what can I say, can't go wrong with CYMA mags, especially at this price! I transitioned from an EF MP5SD to the CYMA version and the Umarex mags unfortunately do not fit in the CYMA, so I had to buy some of these. They're strong but still light so they are a perfect replacement for the old plastic Umarex mags.

These dont fit well in any classic army mp5s. You need to file down the upper portion of the channel where the mag catch sits. You need to file it upwards about 0.1mm for these to fit snug. Otherwise they may work fine in cyma mp5s. Funny thing is that the old fashion mp5 cyma mags fit fine in my classic army's. Besides that these are great and have a excellent capacity for a small magazine

I have a mp5 from jg works and it fits good one problem i have had tho is that its a little loose in my mp5 and I have to spin the wheeel to load more bbs a lot, kind of annoying but i shoot mostly semi auto so its alright but other then that its Great

They don't feel quite as high quality as I was expecting, with them being metal, so I think the metal must be quite thin. That said, they don't feel low quality either. The most important thing is they work - at least they do on my Cyma MP5s which, you'd hope would be the case. They do also have some wobble in the magwell but I've had worse.

Extremely affordable mags, but they feed very well and lock in perfectly with my CYMA MP5. I definitely recommend going with mid-caps over high-caps, as high-caps tend to rattle and require winding. Seems like the outside is made of metal, too, which feels nicer in the hand and more realistic than a polymer version. If you've got an MP5, you really can't do better than this and especially at this price.

I take back everything that i've said about this gun. The first time it was used at a field it broke and the trigger started jamming constantly. It got sent in for repair and the problem wasn't even fixed. Then it got send back again and when it came back it was alble to shoot 2 magazines after it broke again. The motor is screeching and it definietly wasn't fixed properly. Don't buy this gun the reliability and the warranty is the worst.

Perfect. If you get one of the CYMA MP5 variants (can't speak for others) get yourself a 5 pack. They feed great and the price, man, you honestly can't beat it. Not to mention, with them being metal they feel very durable and feel like they will last awhile, highly recommend.

This is my first airsoft gun. I wanted small gun for mobility, good fire rate, durable and for shure cheap (as it was my first gun). I love this gun, i slayed the field. Easy to sneak, to crawl and shoots far.

Great product, requires a lot of maintence but great for high-speed guns. If you are shooting a high speed gun, the 130 rds only last about 5 seconds, but just get extra mags and keep reloading, adds to the realism.

This is by far the best airsoft gun I own. Pair it with a LiPO battery and watch your enemies fly in fear. However, if your order extra mags, (or just the one it comes with) make sure to also order silicon oil and read the mag prep on the high-speed page. Each mage needs oil and the spring to be properly prepared.

I ordered the CM.041J HIGH-SPEED from Taiwangun, and I was impressed with their packaging and shipping—it was well-protected and arrived in perfect condition.

While I’m not an airsoft expert, I can confidently say that this SMG is solidly built and has a satisfying heft to it. It shoots consistently and performs reliably. For those planning to use it in extended skirmishes, I highly recommend picking up some extra mags to keep the action going.

The only minor issue is that the rear stock has a bit of wiggle, but it’s nothing that affects performance or handling.

Super recommended! Great for CQB style playing. Easy to mount a tracer on the 14 CCW outer barrel. The 13:1 gear ratio together with a 11.1V battery gives a super nice trigger response. Drop a red dot on top with the corresponding adapter and you have nothing to envy to those HPA players ;)
As others have mentioned, the fire selector could be better, but if you rarely change fire mode, it's nothing to worry about at all.
Some will find it a bit heavy, but it is quite solid, with nothing flexing or moving in a bad way.
If you are left handed, as is my case, the only discomfort is that the sling attachment points are on the left side only, which gets a little awkward when you want to just let it hang from the sling.
Fun to play with directly out of the box with great performance. Only update I plan on doing at this point is a Mosfet to extend the life of the trigger.

This is an excellent product, especially for the price. It has a very snappy trigger, accuracy is plenty, especially for an SMG, rock solid construction. My only minor gripe is the battery space, but I'm used to having full stocks like on an M16 or FAL, and for the size, I'll manage. And if that's the worst thing I could say about it, I'd say it's a solid product. Extra mags are cheap too, and with a mid cap included, a full setup is very inexpensive compared to just about anything else

A great replica for the price!

Played with this during the last weekend, even with a 7.4V had great perfomance and rof because of the 13:1 gearset.

The motor screw was a bit loose at first but tightening the motor screw made the replica sound really good.

Battery space was a bit limited though, I could not fit a 7.4V or a 11.1V mAh titan li-ion battery, but my regular buffertube lipos fit fine.

Only thing I'd have wished for was for the replica to come with deans connectors, I got lucky to find an old battery with tamiya.

It shoots amazing and is definitely worth the price. If you're looking for an MP5, this is a great option. with an 11.1v lipo you get about 25-30 Rps and it has great trigger response on semi aswell.

The classic metal-shell MP5 magazine for my CYMA and Umarex MP5s. No compatibility issues, durable construction, and a reasonable price. Nothing to complain about. The reliability you expect from a mid-cap.

Amazing replica out of the box. I put a perun inside, but kept everything else. Shimming is quite good out of the box, compression is very good, replica itself is sturdy and shoots AMAZINGLY. Only has 1.05J, but extremely accurate and feels like any other replica using 0.25g BBs. Can't recommend it enough.

Cyma mp5 metal mags. They are what they look, cheap and good quality. So far no feed problems, they look just like the original mag on my cyma mp5. Would consider specific mag pouches as they are looong and slim.

Looks and feels great. Full metal and fit and feed great in my Cyma 41G. Totally recommend it because its the best currently available for that gun in my opinion. Fits good in pouches too, easy to draw but I'm not familiar if you can put quick draw plates on the ends.

Very good magazine for a mp5 replica like the CYMA 041J. Highly advisable to get two or three

Mostly metal construction, however the top part is made out of plastic and can break easily if dropped on the ground.

Incredibly well built for the considerable low price, mostly metal. The handgrip is a bit shaky but aside from that it feels real.
Unfortunately unlike other CYMA replicas it does not include battery or charger.

I ordered 6 of these for a CYMA MP5.

All 6 arrived in perfect condition, loaded and fed perfectly. The metal casing matched the replica very well and fit perfectly in my SMG pouches.

I would highly recommended these for anyone with a compatible MP5!

Had this for a few days and fielded it once. AMAZING performance out of the box. Shoots like a laser beam. I haven't really had any issues. The reason I'm giving it 4 stars instead of a perfect 5 however is that mine came with a loose fire selector. I tightened it down, but it kept falling off. After really screwing in the grub screw it's staying in place, but the fire selector just doesn't feel right. Very gritty and when going from safe to semi, it gets stuck before reaching semi. You have to kind of push it to full auto then back to semi.

It's not that big of a deal, and it'll probably fix itself as I break it in, but it's an area for improvement. Outside of that however, it's a fantastic MP5. Slap a perun v2 in this thing and it'll do amazing.

Didnt test it in a skirm yet. But feels great in the replica. It fits like it should! I have a cyma mp5 with plastic magazines that really didnt fit and falls out with the slightest touch. So this is a great upgrade. The magazine are metal as described and i couldnt be happier with these magazines!

This review might be a bit long, but as someone who enjoys coming across that rare in-depth review when hunting for the perfect gun for my collection, I hope that you, too, will also find this review extremely informative. TLDR, this mp5 completely obliterated my expectations and I am extremely happy that Taiwangun offers such a great product, especially with very competitive pricing. Definitely a 5 star.




Externals:

Let’s start off by going over the externals. I ordered this model because of the mp5a5 look, but the mp5SD model is just as beautiful. The finish is very beautiful but it can scratch. The weight of the replica is almost exactly the same as the real steel mp5, and heavier than my m4, although in a smaller size so the weight was not a big issue.

The outer barrel is 14 mm counterclockwise, allowing for the mounting of a lot of accessories like suppressors.

To install and to avoid damaging your replica, all 4 Allen/Hex key screws have to be removed prior to installation. Once this rail is on, it is very tight and you won’t lose zero with it.

The iron sights on my model were very crisp but slightly wobbly. This can be corrected easily though, by removing the drum style sight and tightening the screws.

The iconic L hook mp5 stock is a little wobbly due to its inherent design, but it is just like the real thing so it’s not a big deal.

The front handguard can be removed by popping out a retaining pin, pulling back and pulling down. It does not wobble at all when installed, and does not creak unless you apply a ton of pressure. It feels like the real thing.

Pulling back the mp5 charging handle and locking it open will reveal an adjustable hop up lever. Don’t HK slap your replica, as it is not made out of steel and will break your charging handle. Resist the urge, haha.

Adjusting the hop properly for your specific weight BB can allow up to 30 meters of accurate fire.

If you are shipping to the US, Taiwangun will paint your tri-lug 12mm to 14 mm barrel attachment point (not the removable muzzle brake) to comply with US import customs. Fear not as this paint chips and comes off easily, revealing the beautiful black finish below.

I originally had an issue with my model’s magazine catch being too loose, causing it to randomly eject magazine during normal movement, but after you disassemble the upper and the lower, pressing the magazine release button (not the ambidextrous release lever) will grant you access to a grub screw. Press all parts tightly together and tighten the grub screw.

This was a really unusual problem but because the tolerances of the product were extremely good and because it was an extremely rare quality control issue that was very hard to even detect in the first place (I don’t exactly expect the people who check these things to run around in the factory haha) I passed it off as a non-issue.

As usual, Taiwangun customer service was quick to respond and was pleasantly polite and helpful all throughout the ordeal.

Taiwangun actually has a pretty good review and disassembly video by AATV if you need help with disassembly. If you have an issue similar to mine or have some other internal issue, contact taiwangun and do not touch the gearbox.

Internals:

As for the internals, this mp5 high speed model is as its name suggests: it is an improvement over CYMA’s blue edition guns, with a much better trigger response due to the fact that it has a very strong motor and a 13:1 gear ratio.


The piston is some sort of strong plastic with a full steel rack and with a metal piston headOne of the teeth is shaved down halfway to allow for proper sector gear engagement.

The cylinder and cylinder head are also made out of metal.

Checking the air seal, I find it to be very satisfactory.

The motor is a standard CYMA motor but it is very torquey.

The wiring was also fine, no issues there.

I was pleasantly surprised when I found ball bearings inside of this mp5 gearbox. They’re very smooth 8mm bearings. One of mine was loose, I recommend gluing those down with superglue if you plan to switch them out anytime soon.

The steel gears are 13:1 SHS oem if I remember correctly, which is one of the, if not the, fastest gear train for a single sector gear build. Most airsofters immediately upgrade to 13:1 shs gears anyways, so finding this in a stock gun was interesting.

Tappet plate and nozzle are plastic as usual.

The hop up unit adjustment lever was very loose and a bit disappointing as it will eventually slide back to zero hop on its own after vibrations on continuous fire, but unfortunately all mp5 models come with this unique hop up lever due to design.

Fortunately, this can easily be fixed with a bit of electrical tape or a small o-ring so it isn’t a big deal at all.

Internally though, I was extremely impressed. It is basically a CYMA Platinum mp5 but without the Platinum mosfet.

Keep in mind that, when taken all together, finding a 13:1 with a strong motor, mostly metal compression parts, steel bearings, and other parts that are usually installed as a light aftermarket upgrade in a iconic mp5a5 package was highly unusual and, quite frankly, I am very impressed by how much CYMA put into this thing.





Magazines:

This polymer one has a lip that might be an issue for certain mp5 magazine pouches, but otherwise it works great.

Personally, I recommend the mid caps as they are easy to load with a speedloader (also available on Taiwangun), and they also don’t rattle as much, can hold a lot of bbs, don’t require winding, can keep up with the high rate of fire of this gun, and are really cheap on Taiwangun.

Batteries:

Let’s talk about batteries.

If you’re in the US, you’re out of luck for taiwangun batteries, as they cannot ship over batteries to the US. You’ll have to turn to US airsoft companies instead.

As for specific battery types, the gun is wired to tamiya connectors. I will link a few 7.4V lipos below that work well:

Generally speaking, anything that is between 1000-1300 Mah should fit the compartment without any issues. Battery space is a little limited due to this version having its battery compartment in the handguard. Anything larger probably won’t fit unless you move the fuse in the handguard out of the way and even then it still probably won’t go in all the way if it’s above 1300 Mah (large Mah is a larger battery).

Do be warned though, the gun does not come with a mosfet out of the box. It has mechanical trigger contacts that will burn out after a while on 11.1V lipos. The advertised rate of fire of about 28 rounds per second can only be achieved on 11.1V lipos, and about 18-20 rounds per second with 7.4 lipos Thus, I recommend installing a mosfet to overcome this problem, but 7.4V lipos will still give you a really good trigger response compared to 95 percent of other guns on the market.






Aftermarket Adjustments:

Owing to the fact that this gun has a version two gearbox, it can take many aftermarket upgrades. However, I will be only going over the relevant issues for this specific model, as other much better resources exist on the internet.

The shim job isn’t terrible for this gun but I reshimmed mine just to reduce the noise and the strain on the gearbox. ANY DISASSEMBLY OF THE GEARBOX WILL VOID YOUR WARRANTY.

Keep in mind that when you reshim this model, the bevel gear to motor pinion gear is very hard to get right since to check motor height and alignment you have to install half the gearbox and the motor. You want the motor to have contact with the bevel but with the motor seated lower to increase torque and decrease the strain on the motor. Very difficult to observe since the mp5 lower receiver is large.

Personally, I would pay Taiwangun technicians to reshim your gearbox if you are not willing to disassemble your gearbox or not experienced enough. The service is very worth it as tawiangun technicians are extremely knowledgeable and are unlike other companies. They take great care in making sure that your gun works well before sending it out. Also, you won’t have to void the warranty.

Taiwangun also offers an install service for mosfets, which is something else I would greatly advise doing if you want the A5 look while retaining the extremely high stock rate of fire.

Personally, I installed a perun v2 mosfet (rear wired) in my mp5 for programmable burst fire, precocking, and other features, although you could also install a non-programmable mosfet and be just fine.

One thing to note though. This mp5 is REAR WIRED, not front wired, even though the battery storage is in the front. The wire assembly is in two parts; there is a section of wire running forwards from the rear of the gun. The wires coming from the gearbox and the motor are connected to the wires that run to the handguard in a special wire channel on the right side of the upper receiver. The place where they are connected are in the space right behind the stock attachment point, using tamiya connectors. So if you do order a programmable mosfet like a perun v2 hybrid, buy a rear wired one for ease of installation.

Of course, I would also recommend switching over to 16 AWG wire and deans (T) connectors for lower resistance for an even faster trigger response, but it is not necessary.




Conclusion:

All in all, I am extremely satisfied with as well as impressed with this mp5a5 model, with how upgradeable it is, how well it performs out of the box, the affordable price point, and the beautiful, iconic A5 look, I’ve got to say that CYMA has taken the lead in the mp5 market.

Of course, there are other sorts of upgrades that I would do to this gun to squeeze out slightly more performance, but the fact that I haven’t even talked about replacing compression parts or motors or gears really shows you how well built this gun is from a stock configuration. Absolutely amazing.

Externally: absolutely brilliant. Rock solid construction. Metal feels good, not cheap. Very little wobble to the gun. Stock works well and is sturdy for a collapsing one. Charging handle feels nice. Best metal externals I've ever had at this price point. Very easy to take apart too!

Internals: the cyma blue high speed gearbox gets it done. Not amazing but it's decent especially for a starter or a base build. I did get it shimmed and tuned so it sounds smooth and crisp. I did buy upgrades but prior to adding them it shot pretty good. Very fast rof with a Titan 11.1. The selector switch was mushy but after a day of use it actually feels much better. Internally I think the gun is good for starters and perfect for a base build.

All in all cymas mp5 is very nice and much better than the elite force mp5s. Very compatible for upgrades and stock it does the job.

I am very happy with this replica. It feels nice and heavy in my hands. I changed the stock with the fixed one and rewired the replica to the rear, adding a mosfet. I now have space for any kind of battery, and can swap the handguard of a foregrip one in the future. The trigger response is snappy and nice and the replica shoots more accurately then my other one (which is more powerful and more modded).

My MP5 came super fast and so far feels really solid. The upgrades and shimming seem to be done really well. The replica rips through BBs. It's a total beast.

I'd recommend Taiwangun over hust about any other airsoft site.

Also the midcap magazines fit quite loose for this magwell. I fixed it with just putting two layers of electrical tapes inside of the magwell and now the magazines don't wiggle anymore and feels just as good as a TM MP5. My biggest two gripes with this gun is that it is 500 g heavy. (2000 g - 2500 g is ideal for a MP5 in my opinion) and the fire selector that is bad/ mushy.

I've previously owned MP5A4 from G&G, Tokyo Marui, ASG(MP5B&T A5) and ICS. I'm comparing this MP5A5 Cyma high speed with them. Notice that I haven't played with it yet only testfired.

Positives;
-Rear AND front wiring for battery compartement.
-Nice weight even though I would like it to be around 500 g lighter.
- Gearbox sounds good and bb's seems to shoot in a constant, straight and foreseen pathway.
-Taiwangun made it shoot 300 fps, haven't chronoed it yet, but I take their word for it, which is exactly what I wanted.

Negatives:
-I suspect, just like it's reviewed on the internet that the hopup just bounces back to 0 hopup after a few shots because of gearbox vibrations and the hopup design(lever.) I believe that is pretty easy to fix.
- The fireselector is the worst of all the other MP5 brands I've had but I would suggest to use the selectors on both sides when changing the fire selector switch.(I do it on all my MP5s) Best fireselector in the following order: TM, G&G, ASG, ICS and lastly this model, CYMA.

-This is a personal and esthetic issue with this model and it is the front handguard that I think looks so ugly and big, compared to the other brands. The reason for that is of course bigger battery compartement space. But I absolutely hate it. Luckily, I have other handguards for it.

The bb's shoot much better than the ICS sportline. Compared to TM and G&G, I have to say that it shoots very similar or equally as good when it comes down to precision, can't say I notice any big difference. The hopup is not overhoping from what I have seen from testfiring (like said on reviews on the internet for example about the blue edition version of the MP5) but maybe that comes down to my lower fps that I wanted(?) I don't know

very reliable magazines, could load about 110-130 bb's without any issues directly out of the box. did order four if this and have not seen or heard something wrong with them so far. strongly recommend this one

Amazing product used in a couple matches already and it has ran flawlessly. Amazing fire rate, around 25-28 rps on a 11.1v lipo with a 15c discharge rate. The lower receiver is a very rough and tough polymer like used In the real mp5 the metal construction on the gun isn’t any cheap pot metal it’s very high quality and I’ve dropped mine from about 15ft feet or so and brushed it off no dings or anything, also has 14mm- threads. Amazing gun from Tawain gun!

Very good Magazines for a very competetive price. A true taiwangun classic.
Works in both my MP5SD6 and my MP5K, both of which are made by Cyma.
Feeds every last round (I use .28g Bio BBs) with no issue, and have taken multiple drops on the ground with no issues.

Just beware that, just like every mag, you should remove any dirt that gets in it. Any dirt that gets in your mag can get into your HopUp Unit and damage your Rubber or barrel and will decrease your accuracy.

I've purchased it for cqb and playing the medic/engineer roles in milsim games.
So far its stock and im happy with how it performs. The only thing ive changed is the tamya to t-plug using a 11.1V li-po.

Nice, good-quality MP5 midcaps.

They fit the CYMA MP5k PDW without any issues and also have none to little wobble in the mag well.
I never had any feeding issues with them.

Regarding durability they're good too, I've handled most of the mags very harshly and they all still work properly.

Love the gun, super solid metal construction and a really great design for the suppressor. Exceeded my expectations for sure. The hopup could be better but I can’t expect much more from a gun in this price range.

The build quality of the magazine is good, fits my cyma Mp5 with slight play in the magwell - because of this only 4 stars. The mag feeds very good and capacity seems to be as stated. I bought 4 so far and didn’t encounter any issues.

Ordered 7 of these for my Cyma MP5K PDW, all work, fit, and seat properly like a charm. Perfect mix of form and functionality, only issue I would say is 2 had a slight wobble on the baseplate, but was easily fixed with some electrical tape. Great for any standard MP5 style build.

Pros:

- Can be a bit long, as in the name, so make sure that's what you want when buying

Best replica I've had from Cyma! Very good ROF of 28rps with 11.1v battery. The ambidextrous fire selector does not always work smoothly. Shoots 340fps consistently. Changed the barrel to Da vinci and ML macaron hop up rubber to get better accuracy.

Fits and feeds extremely well in my cyma cm.041sd6.

Also works works in my teammate's ICS MP5.

I installed a high torque motor, 13:1 gearset and a aditional DSG in my MP5, the mag holds up very well with 45 RPS.

I own 8 of them now, unfortunatelly the endplate of one of the mags was loose and rattles around a bit, i dont relly care about that though, since a bit of tape fixed this issue.

Overall i cant complain for 7€.

The MidCap Magazine for MP5 doesn't only fit for Cyma Replicas.
It can also be used in G&G and ICS Replicas.

Buyed for use in a ICS MP5A4 , that not allow Classic Army Magazines (they are slightly too large) Fit well , not fault in feeding bb , spring enough powerful , just not feed totally ( ex feed only 110 bb on 130 allowed ) but is my choice
