SUMMER SALE PROMOTION TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The Promotion is valid from 07/07/2026, 08:00 CEST until 30/09/2026, 23:59:59 CEST, or while stocks of the Products covered by the Promotion last, whichever occurs first.

§ 1. ORGANIZER

1. The organizer of the Promotion is Krakman P. Kiepura, K. Michalik spółka komandytowa, with its registered office in Kraków (ul. Półłanki 18, 30-740 Kraków, Poland), entered into the National Court Register under KRS No. 0000567135, REGON 122593008, NIP (Tax ID) 6793082897, hereinafter referred to as the "Organizer" or the "Seller".
2. The Promotion is conducted in the online store available at www.taiwangun.com (hereinafter referred to as the "Store").
3. The Seller can be contacted via e-mail at: [email protected].

§ 2. PROMOTION RULES

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, "Products" means the goods offered in the Store that are covered by the Promotion.

1. The Promotion consists of price reductions on selected Products available in the Store.
2. Products covered by the Promotion are marked with a label indicating the percentage discount from the regular price (e.g. "-30%"). The discount value may vary depending on the Product.
3. The promotional price of each Product covered by the Promotion is displayed on the relevant Product page.
4. The discount is applied automatically and does not require entering a promotional code or creating a customer account.
5. The Promotion cannot be combined with other promotions, discount codes or promotional campaigns offered by the Seller, unless the terms of a given promotion expressly state otherwise.
6. Products covered by the Promotion are not simultaneously offered as part of promotional bundles, unless the Seller expressly indicates otherwise.
7. Only Products marked with the label referred to in paragraph 2 and available in the Store at the time the order is placed are eligible for the Promotion, subject to stock availability.

§ 3. PROMOTION PERIOD

1. The Promotion is valid from 07/07/2026, 08:00 CEST until 30/09/2026, 23:59:59 CEST, or while stocks of the Products covered by the Promotion last, whichever occurs first.
2. The number of Products available at promotional prices is limited.
3. Eligibility to benefit from the Promotion depends on Product availability at the time the order is placed.

§ 4. INFORMATION ON THE LOWEST PRICE PRIOR TO THE DISCOUNT

1. For each Product covered by the Promotion, alongside the promotional price, the lowest price applied during the 30 days preceding the price reduction is displayed, in accordance with Article 4 of the Polish Act of 9 May 2014 on Information about Prices of Goods and Services.

§ 5. COMPLAINTS, RETURNS AND WITHDRAWAL FROM THE CONTRACT

1. Participation in the Promotion does not limit the rights of Consumers or entrepreneurs with consumer rights under the applicable law.
2. Complaints, the right to withdraw from the contract and returns of Products purchased under the Promotion are governed by the Store Terms and Conditions and the applicable laws.

§ 6. END OF THE PROMOTION

1. The Promotion ends upon the expiry of the period specified in § 3(1) or when the stocks of the Products covered by the Promotion are exhausted, whichever occurs first.

§ 7. FINAL PROVISIONS

1. The Promotion is available in all countries to which the Seller delivers Products through the Store, subject to applicable legal restrictions and delivery availability.
2. These Terms and Conditions are available free of charge on the Store's website throughout the Promotion period.
3. Matters not governed by these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to Polish law, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection provisions applicable in the country of the Consumer's habitual residence.
4. These Terms and Conditions enter into force on the date of their publication.
5. In the event that these Terms and Conditions are prepared in more than one language, the Polish version shall prevail, while all other language versions are provided for informational purposes only.
