It fits very securely as the straps have some rubber inside and its quite comfortable with the padding it has.
Right now I use it as a holder a glock holster and double mag puch and it does an excellent job. It's easier and faster to grab than from my previous belt molle pouch.
The way to secure it to the belt is a bit weird as it just "hangs" from it, but honestly its very secure so it doesn't matter -

This way I can customize it as I need or as the game scenario demands. The fastening system is very good and can be adjusted very easily. I recommend this product. It can be worn on both the right and the left leg. The seams are solid and I have seen string remnants from the manufacturing process.
