      Very nice IFAK bag. It is detachable from the base via velcro. Very secure.
      Please note - it is FAIRLY big. I'd say it could fit most medical packages as they are plus leave some extra space as well.
      It has velcro on top for patches but I doubt it is that useful to put something there :)
      The holding is very secure but you could loop the top handle over the buckle for extra safety.

      I really like the clever way of how you can attach this handy package to nearly anything (Molle + Velcro).
      I also like the way it can just fold open when you open the zippers and the way the webbing and rubber band are sewn into it, prevents your bandages from falling out while its fully accessable.

      Good quality, easy to rip off the velcro, lots of room inside. I was expecting it to be smaller, but it's very spacious. The only thing that could be better is the mesh pouch inside, the opening is upside down if you close the pouch and small stuff easily fall out. It could also have another strip of elastic inside to organize it better. I recommend it!
