      Good quality,easy to use mag inserts for m4 style magazines. They hold the mag snugly and attach reliably into kangaroo pockets with the velcro system. The included rubber band mag holders can be removed because the insert itself holds the mag in place so you do not have to mess with them while reloading. It is a bit tricky to set up everything into the vest for the first time because of the huge amount of velcro sticking onto one and the other, but after you figure it out it will hold its place as long as you dont remove it.
