Medical Pouch Molle - OLIVE [8FIELDS]

The 8Fields medical pouch was developed for carrying basic medical equipment on plate carriers, tactical belts, and other MOLLE/PALS-compatible platforms. 1000D nylon, MOLLE/PALS attachment, and internal elastic straps help keep scissors, bandages, and compact medical accessories organized.

Construction and design

The pouch is made from 1000D nylon, which supports abrasion resistance and use in conditions typical for airsoft games, training, and outdoor activities.

The front panel features 3 rows of MOLLE webbing, allowing compatible additional gear elements to be attached. Two mounting straps on the rear allow the pouch to be fixed to a plate carrier, tactical belt, MOLLE panel, or backpack equipped with MOLLE/PALS webbing.

The 40 × 135 × 170 mm dimensions and 145 g weight allow the user to add a dedicated space for medical accessories without excessively increasing the bulk of the entire loadout.

Ergonomics and handling

The zipper allows the pouch to be opened quickly and provides access to the carried equipment. Inside, elastic organizer straps help stabilize scissors, bandages, and other small medical accessories.

The internal layout supports clear organization of basic medical equipment and helps reduce movement of the contents during activity.
