Lightweight hybrid piston for L96,MB01,05,06, SW M24, M99 [AP]

Introducing the reinforced piston, designed to take the performance and durability of your sniper rifle to a new level.

The piston has a hybrid structure and consists of three different materials:

1. Lightweight aluminum body

2. POM ring for better sliding in the cylinder

3. Rear latch made of stainless steel

Compared to its predecessor, this redesigned piston features several key improvements. Rubber head insert with larger surface area, including ventilation holes, to ensure optimal function.

The stainless steel component has been reduced in size, contributing to an overall lighter piston.
This weight reduction, one quarter compared to previous generations, translates into increased levels of performance.
In addition, the shallower groove under the gasket, along with the changed shape, reduces the risk of head deformation due to impacts.

Further improvements include a piston slip ring, improving piston durability and smoother operation.
This ring has been subtly enlarged to prevent contact with metal parts, maintaining the pristine surface of the cylinder.

• Precisely CNC machined from durable, lightweight 6061-T6 (Dural) aluminum alloy, with a high-quality anodized finish.
• Piston latch made of stainless steel ensures solidity and durability.
• Equipped with a single polyacetal (POM) slip ring for optimized performance.
• It has a "back-pressure" system with an O-ring seal in the piston head, expanding and sealing during shooting.
• The enlarged internal diameter of the piston allows and is recommended for use with a stronger 9 mm spring.
