Grip is good (but still a bit slippery). they have a tightening strap on the wrist (just above it), they have a loop for attaching them. very comfortable
I bought size XL and they are more of a size L... better take a size bigger

My hands haven't gotten sweaty in them either so it offers decent insulation as well. They're cheap and they work very well. Would buy again.
