The EMG Strike Industries Raider Carbine Tactical Competition is an AR-platform electric airsoft rifle developed by CYMA and EMG under the official Strike Industries license. Featuring a full metal construction, GEN-2 V2 gearbox, and a programmable Eshooter ETU, the replica supports high rates of fire, fast trigger response, and extensive configuration options. Additional highlights include licensed Strike Industries markings and two Mid-Cap magazines included in the package.

Construction and design

The replica is primarily manufactured from aluminum and features licensed Strike Industries components. The rifle includes authentic manufacturer markings and external parts designed according to Strike Industries specifications.

The model is equipped with a 13.5-inch Strike Rail handguard in the M-LOK standard, allowing the installation of additional accessories. A full-length Picatinny rail provides space for compatible optics and red dot sights.

The adjustable Mod1 stock with ambidextrous QD sling sockets allows the rifle to be adapted to individual user preferences while supporting tactical sling installation. An ergonomic Strike Industries pistol grip improves weapon handling during dynamic gameplay.

The design is complemented by an ambidextrous Strike Industries fire selector, the redesigned Fang trigger guard, a Strike Industries buffer tube nut, and the Oppressor muzzle device.

Tactical Competition version

The Tactical Competition version features modified external components that give the replica a more competition-oriented appearance. Updated parts include the gas block, body pins, magazine release, bolt catch, trigger, trigger guard, fire selector, charging handle, buffer tube, and handguard mounting components.

GEN-2 V2 Gearbox

The new-generation GEN-2 V2 gearbox was designed for intensive use and operation at high rates of fire.

The gearbox features a reinforced shell with radiused corners and upgraded bearing seats. Steel 8 mm ball bearings, CNC-machined 13:1 gears, and a short-stroke setup contribute to fast trigger response and high cycling speed.

The pneumatic assembly consists of CNC-machined aluminum components, including sealed piston and cylinder heads as well as a sealed nozzle. The piston is equipped with a full steel tooth rack, while a bearing-equipped steel spring guide improves overall gearbox operation.

The replica also features a QSC quick spring change system, allowing spring replacement without complete gearbox disassembly.

Performance

The High Torque neodymium motor works together with CNC-machined 13:1 gears and a short-stroke setup, supporting fast trigger response and smooth gearbox operation.

Accuracy and adjustment

A rotary-style hop-up chamber allows precise adjustment of BB trajectory and consistent settings retention.

The 6.05 mm precision inner barrel supports shot consistency and improved grouping performance.

Eshooter ETU electronics

The replica is equipped with a programmable Eshooter ETU system that expands configuration possibilities. The unit supports BURST and BINARY firing modes, five levels of pre-cocking adjustment, and the Active Brake function, helping stabilize gearbox operation after each shot.

The system also provides motor stall protection, battery discharge protection, and low-voltage and over-voltage protection. The ETU is compatible with High Torque, High Speed, and brushless motors. Programming is performed directly through the replica.
