The GEN-2 construction offers a lightweight design, V2 gearbox with quick spring change system, and a CYMA V2 MOSFET, supporting smooth and responsive operation during gameplay.

Sport Line Series

The CYMA Sport Line series was developed for users looking for a lightweight and comfortable replica for regular use. The use of durable polymer helped reduce the overall weight while maintaining good rigidity and comfortable handling during dynamic gameplay.

The lower weight may improve target acquisition speed, make maneuvering in tight spaces easier, and reduce fatigue during longer games.

Construction and Design

The receiver, pistol grip, stock tube, and most external components are made from polymer. The design retains the characteristic ergonomics of the AR15 platform, offering intuitive control placement and comfortable handling for both beginner and experienced users.

The model features a 14 mm CCW thread, allowing installation of suppressors and other airsoft-compatible muzzle devices.

An individual serial number is located on the lower receiver.

Internal Construction and Mechanics

The CM.518 GEN-2 uses a V2 gearbox equipped with a QSC quick spring change system, steel gears, and 8 mm bushings.

The pneumatic system uses a type 2 cylinder and a sealed polymer nozzle measuring 20.96 mm, supporting stable operation and shot-to-shot consistency. The installed piston features a single steel tooth, while the metal spring guide includes a stabilizing washer.

The model delivers approximately 390 FPS out of the box.

The replica uses a standard long-type motor paired with a standard gear set. The configuration provides a rate of fire of approximately 19 RPS.

Electronic System - CYMA V2 MOSFET

The replica is equipped with a CYMA V2 MOSFET, supporting more efficient electrical system operation and improved trigger response.
