The Plate Carrier tactical vest from 8FIELDS is a modular load-bearing system designed for carrying magazines and additional equipment during airsoft games. The model combines laser cut construction, a buckle-up system that allows quick front panel changes, and comfort pads with foam padding and profiled recesses that support air circulation.

Laser cut construction made of 1000D polyester

The Plate Carrier is made of 1000D polyester using laser cut technology. Laser-cut elements reduce the need for additional webbing and numerous seams, supporting a lightweight and low-profile vest design.

The MOLLE / PALS system distributed across the construction allows additional load-bearing equipment to be mounted and arranged according to the selected configuration.

Hook-and-loop panels measuring ~155 × ~70 mm are located on the front and rear sections of the vest. They can be used for attaching identification patches and other markings.

Buckle-up system and panel for 3 magazines

The front panel uses the buckle-up system, which makes it easier to replace the panel quickly depending on the carried equipment. This allows the front configuration of the Plate Carrier to be changed without modifying the remaining parts of the vest.

The included laser cut panel features a pouch designed to hold three AR or AK magazines. Elastic dividers separate the magazines and help keep them organised.

Shock cords with pull tabs support magazine retention during movement. They help limit magazine shifting, while the pull tabs make it easier to release the retention before removing a magazine.

Comfort pads with foam padding

Hook-and-loop-mounted comfort pads are located on the front and rear panels as well as on the shoulder straps.

Their construction uses foam padding and profiled recesses. These elements support comfortable positioning of the vest and facilitate airflow between the Plate Carrier and the user's body.

Mesh is additionally used on the shoulder comfort pads and may support ventilation where the shoulder straps come into contact with the shoulders.

The shoulder sections also feature hook-and-loop retainers designed for routing components of a hydration system. They help organise tubing when using hydration bladders carried in additional rear pouches.

Cummerbund with MOLLE / PALS system

The side cummerbund uses a MOLLE / PALS system that allows the vest to be expanded with additional equipment mounted on the sides. It attaches to the Plate Carrier using hook-and-loop fastening.

Two pockets secured with hook-and-loop flaps are integrated into the cummerbund. Fabric pull tabs make them easier to open, while the pockets allow additional inserts to be placed inside.

Foam inserts imitating ballistic plates

The set includes two foam inserts imitating ballistic plates. When placed in the front and rear sections of the vest, they help stiffen the Plate Carrier and maintain its shape during use.
