      The helmet consists of a (inner) liner and a (external) shell. It arrived with the liner inside the shell, as it should. I managed to apply an m1 helmet cover (which I already had at home) over it. It fits perfectly. I am very satisfied with the purchase.

      A good replica for the money. However, it's the Vietnam war version and the chin strap is even newer style (in use from 1975). The inner helmet is also the newer style, but it works. The helmet is the same weight as the real one, but the finish on it isn't very realistic. Overall, a good helmet for airsoft games.

      Metal helmet, leather adjustable head strap, it's got quite abit of weight to it but not an uncomfortable amount!

      Great peice of gear I highly advice anyone else building a WW2 US kit to get this helmet!

A reproduction of the American M1 helmet. It is made of metal with a helmet liner made of plastic. Ideal for the reconstruction of US military units and allied from World War II and Korean and Vietnam War.

Note, the helmet may have scratches, they do not reduce the functionality of the product.

NOTE! Max. head circumference: 58-62cm

Elements of tactical equipment from the 8FIELDS CLASSIC line are based on the original equipment of the US Army soldiers used during World War II.

Please remember that most airsoft replicas of pistols, rifles, magazines, etc. do not have the original dimensions.

This may result in the necessity to adjust or the inability to fasten, for example, magazine pouches.
