      The issue is there are sharp bolt ends pointing at your head. Taking a fall or a solid hit with this helmet gurantees injury. I used washers to get the sharp edges at least hidden inside the nuts.

      Great quality helmet. Fits nice and snug, and for a really good price. Cushion inside is adjustable so you can remove what you don't need to make it sit better. Do not buy the never gen mitch covers unless you want to remove the rails or mod the cover as there are some areas of the cover that interfere with the rail system including the battery pack on the back. The older covers will do just fine

Replica of very well known helmet used by US Army. It`s equipped with two mounting rails, designed to hold special mount for tactical accessories such as tactical flashlights, hearing protection, etc. There is also mount for night vision goggles at front of the helmet. It have a velcro tapes allowing to attach team flags, moral pads, etc.
